Good morning MMC!
Another hot day here, but it's windy today!
And I love it...
All our doors are open and Im sitting in the middle and
really get my hear blown dry! LOL

Im dreaming of houses in USA
Look at this one... Almost for free!
But, I guess we just cant buy a house there... ;]

I've also been looking at houseswap for next summer.
Not sure if that's for us though....
Im not sure I want strangers living in my house.. hehe..

Would be fun to rent a house for a summer
That must be possible? Someone knows?
Any recommendations?
I guess I have to google some more

Well, I wish you all a wonderful day!!
Now, a quick update here in Christmasland

Beautiful home! That sounds like a good plan on house swap but I have no info on it. I hope you find something!

Good morning!
I'm going to be busy this morning, I probably won't be around too much. My daughter has a pre-operative appointment with her ENT and then pre-op testing at the hospital. She is scheduled to have her tonsils out on the 28th. It's getting close now, I'm getting nervous. Not looking forward to it. Anyway I woke up extra early to get a head start on my chores. Wish I could go back to bed! I will pop back in this afternoon, I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Praying for her and you too! She will be fine but I understand how you feel!

Can I join you too? I'm more of a action movie girl.

Of course!!!

Good Morning, Post-Milestone and Pre-Milestone Comrades.

Yes, my friends. There's always another one just around the corner.
And today is no exception.

But first, there's this:
Days to the Season: 121
Days to Christmas Day: 163

And miracle of miracles, we find ourselves down to just 3 weeks until the 100-day Season Window and the start of our double-digit count.
(Now, it REALLY doesn't seem so far away, does it?)

Whew!
Muggy yesterday with a high of 98 and plenty of humidity to go around.
Hoping for a bit of relief today. Even a rainstorm would be nice.
We have begun this day before 'Pines Day at a too-warm 80 degrees here in the capital city.

Well, regardless of your weather, you try to keep your cool.....and have a Terrific Tuesday along the way!

We are getting closer!!!

Back from Hawaii- ready fir CIJ! This weekend ..... Ohhh yesssss

:???:

Good Morning folks~ How's everyone doing? We sure have been having some crazy weather around this area, been doing nothing but storming for days now... I heard this morning on the news, that a tornado was confirmed to of have touched down about 2 miles from where I used to live at in Baltimore County, Maryland.... Hope no one got hurt! This must be because of that so-called Artic blast they have been talking about on the Weather Channel, coming down from out of Canada, hitting that warm, moist air already entrenched around here...

Last night, I put a down payment towards the purchase of (2) baby girl (Dwarf Hotot bunnies for my daughter), we are scheduled to get them around the first week of August. I'm thinking about just driving over there when the time comes and just getting them myself and then surprising her with them.

I've been really busy at home and at the office, so I have had very little time for jumping on the computer and seeing what's going on with everyone. I'm looking forward to this coming Friday evening, when QVC will be having their Christmas in July event. I saw that it will be on at 9:00 am that day, but us working people are unavailable to tune in at that time, so I have to wait till later on, to see the evening hour event. I just wonder if it will be as interesting as it was last year?

Well, guess I should get back to work, or at least look like I'm working....Have a blessed day everyone!!!!!

Crazy weather here too! I hope no on was hurt with that tornado!

Enjoy the bunnies!

Thank you. :]

It really was. I wish they had more Christmas scents on display because at the moment, the only one they had was 'Christmas Wreath' (small and medium jars). It smelt really nice! :] Besides that, my favorite were 'Freshly cut roses' and 'blissful autumn'. I hope to be in Glasgow again around Holiday season so I could come to that store again and try all Holiday scents. :]

That house is lovely! I'm a fan of Victorian houses myself and I'd love to own a place like this. ^^

I hope you are able to go back at Christmastime! I will have to look for "Blissful Autumn"! Have a great day Victoria!

*singing "Selah, Selah" from NewWorldSon on top of my lungs*

Hey everyone

How are you? Everything okay?

I'm happy because summer is sneaking back into my country. After almost two weeks of rain, warm and dry weather is neccessary. This is the third year in which we have floods back-to-back.

Good morning Cetacea! Have a great day! Enjoy that summer weather sneaking back in!!!

Welcome back!!! Hope you had a great time!

Starting tonight at midnight(EST), HSN is doing a 24-hour Christmas in July.

Holiday, Gracie is so cute! Chico, my dog who passed away, had a thing of rolling in dirt fresh out of the bath wet! I would have the bathe him again. He was just too darn cute though that I couldn't get upset with him!

The stocking and afghan is beautiful!!!

I had a dream last night about Chico, my chihuahua who passed away in February. In the dream he had jumped up on the bed and I started crying BIG TIME and hugging him telling him how much I missed him and glad he was back. The dream seemed so real! This is the 3rd dream I have had about him since he passed. I felt a little sad when I first woke up but then happy because I feel he was just visiting with me so it's all good now.

I think about him so much and miss him A LOT but refuse to get down about it. It's just my way of handling grief and would never judge others on how they handle theirs. I did my share of crying a lot in during his illness and right after he passed but realized that would not bring him back. Instead, every time I think of him I feel like I want to cry but change quickly to think happy thoughts about him and I smile instead. I tell my new little dog, Niles, that Chico is his guardian angel because he does a lot of little things Chico use to do. So I am always telling Wayne the new things Chico taught Niles! It makes me happy to know Chico is nearby watching over him. I know Louann is taking care of Chico too!

This post was not meant to be a downer but uplifting. It just makes me feel better to share with you all.

Here is my little Chico months before he passed away.

I know how you feel. I almost passed out when they put Elizabeth to sleep to take her tonsils out. Bless her heart, I'm sure it'll be fine!

I hope nobody got hurt in the storm. Welcome back! I think there is crazy weather around the world. I still remember all the storms in winter up in Germany, Great Britain and northern europe.

In my country there is a part which is usually very warm. This winter that part more snow than they had in the last hundred years. Our part of the country got almost nothing.

Back from Hawaii- ready fir CIJ! This weekend ..... Ohhh yesssss

Welcome back. How were the holidays?

Saw these on the Red Heart site this morning. I love the colors....Cute, cute, cute!

Good morning MMC!!! It's a beautiful sunshiny morning!!! The building crew showed up at our house around 7:15 this morning - previously it was the concrete crew at our house. PROGRESS!!! Excited! Wishing you all a marvelous Tuesday!!!

I love the colors. Whish I was smart enough to knit.

I think they are beautiful too! It could be a fun few months with all the dirt in our back yard! Lol!! But you're right - they are so cute, you can't get mad!! She just loves it!

It's not a downer at all. I still miss my black lab, Ben. We buried him in the back yard, and I find myself talking to him when I'm outside, just like I always did. Like you, I try to focus on the good times with him when I start getting down about it. It always helps. And I believe he and my dad are bird hunting everyday!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

50 years plus 1 day, and still going strong! LOL

The office threw me a party with the black balloons, "Over the Hill" signs, bottles of Geritol, tubes of denture cream and packs of Depends. Oh, they had a good time with that LOL. Then last night my family and I went to Olive Garden last night for my treat, and it was just as good as I wanted it to be. I just love eating there!

Now it's back to regular life. I have so much stuff piled up on my desk, it's crazy.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Good evening,

Day off tomorrow, 3 more work days until vacay!!!!

I was shocked today when I saw Hostess Chocodiles at work, I loved them as a kid and I don't think I've seen them since then. I, of course, bought a box and they are just as good as I remember. My boys also had their first Chocodiles tonight, they loved them. Merry Christmas In July!!!

I am just loving Music Choice, it is so great just to pop on some Christmas tunes on the tv in the middle of summer.

Good night, my Christmas family.

They look so good! Can you send me a package? :]

Good Morning, MMC!!

Wishing you a blessed day!!

Good morning beautiful!
Hope you have a wonderful day!!!

Hmm, my horoscope for today says I should plan a trip. Where should I go?

What about Norway? =]

It looks like everyone got some rain! I was on the phone with Wayne and all the sudden it starting pouring and was so windy I thought the trees were going to come crashing down. I have tomato plants growing in pots, I look out the window and they were thrown to the ground. I finally went out there after it let up and I had a bunch of un-ripened tomatoes everywhere! Oh well! I just scooped them all up, brought them in and hope they ripen up! My plants got a little damage too. No biggie, we needed the rain!!!

Wow, thats heavy rain!
I would love some rain here too!

I got home a short time ago, first thing I did after I talked to my wife and said hello to the boys...

...I put on Music Choice: Christmas In July, I am absolutely loving this!!! I am not that big a fan of Hallmark's movies but I am so happy listening to this.

I will be back later on. (probably when my wife is watching The Bachelorette.)

Music Choice is that on the radio?
Christmas music its therapeutic!!

And here comes the rain....
Lucky you!

Good evening, MMC!!

It's been pouring on & off all day. Then sunny, windy, and back to rain! Only 60 degrees now, awesome =]

Have a nice evening!!

I would love to have some of that weather!

Here comes the storms!!!!!! I'm excited!!! They don't appear to be to bad and the cold air is right behind them!!!!

Cool! =]

Hello to everyone again !! I'm hoping this is a good place to post. I found my way back after being gone with all kinds of stuff. I'm so glad to be back.
Gonna go and try to catch up as best as I can.
Hope everyone is having a great year

Welcome back Mommyby3!

I am back from running around with my dad. My mom ended up joining us and we went out to eat and guess what we had??? Mexican food! Finally!!!

While we were in the car we were talking about TV and my mom said, "All your dad has watched all week is Hallmark Christmas movies". My dad is just too cool! He needs to join us here! He started talking about his favorite ones he was watching this week, he even has some favorites he has seen multiple times. My mom said those Hallmark movies were way too girly for her. My dad said, "Well I thought you didn't like all the war movies I watch"? Ha ha! He can't win, can he? My dad will have to get back in touch with his manly side and watch some John Wayne and a war movie this week!

I love Mexican food!
Gotta love your dad!
He definitely should join us here!

Good Morning, Solice!!

Enjoy the nice warm breeze today!!

Love that house! Bet it has a ton of character

A house swap would be awesome! But I too would hate someone in my house, that I didn't know.

Too bad it wasn't Jude Law, like in the Holiday!! Or Kate Winslet!

Hope you have a beautiful day, beautiful!!

xx

Aw...Jude Law, he is welcome anytime!!!

Could you post a link for the patterns, please? They're crochet, and I might take a whack at them sometime!

Have a good Tuesday!
