Christmas Countdown - 2014

Good Friday morning everyone. We will soon be leaving to pick up Ethan at college and heading to Myrtle Beach. Will be meeting my Dad, brother and his family for the 3 day weekend. It's a long drive (7 hrs) for a 3 day weekend but my Dad wants us to go and we get to spend time with Ethan too. Talk to y'all Tuesday.

I waited until she walked in to cry. I was strong (until she couldn't see me!) There were parents crying when we got there. EA looked at them like they were crazy. LOL. I cried the whole way home! I'm doing okay now. Ella is cuddling with me!

Good morning, MMC family. How are you all doing this morning? I am well. EA is off to Kindergarten and was very excited to go! I took some pictures, if any of you want to look at them on Facebook that are able!

What are you all up to today? My mom is coming in for the day here soon, we're going to go for lunch and do some shopping - go to AC Moore, Hobby Lobby, etc. I want to look at some more fall decorations. I'm not sure if I'll pick up anymore today or not, but I'm going to look. I just another Terry's Village catalog yesterday and there is some things that I need to order out of there yet. Plus, the craft shows are coming!

[Holiday]

A couple of my friends were complaining about people jumping the gun on fall, but I keep reminding them of all the reasons why fall is BETTER!!! ber-months are almost hereeeeee!!!

I thought I would pop in since I had some time on my hands......it's been busy......and I have had some issues with my lower back for the last several weeks...but it is getting almost perfect!

It's truly hard to believe it's just less than 4 months away from the holidays!!!!! Oy.........

I will be quite busy in the next few weeks I will be relocating to my own apartment by November!!!!

So I have much to do really soon. I will start some packing in the next few weeks.

My contract here will end the week I finish my moving by the 8th of November, but I start my move into my apartment come the end of September!

I can't tell you folks how I will be looking forward to having my own place, and then finding something new to do career wise.....but my trust is in the Lord to guide me!

Maybe now I will be able to take a couple of weeks off and just relax in my own place without the stress that has been going on here! (The stress caused me my back problems)!

It's good to say hello to you all, and I've missed being here, but that will change before the holiday!

Good morning MMC! Happy Holiday Weekend Friday! Woo Hoo! :grin: I hope everyone has some enjoyable weekend plans! We are heading to the lake later this afternoon - pizza's tonight on the grill, Buckeye football tomorrow at noon (GO BUCKS!) wedding tomorrow night & then hopefully no plans after that except hanging at the lake! YAY! My favorite thing to do! =) Gracie & I stayed there last night so I could get some of my cooking done for the weekend - I brought most of our stuff there & put it away already, which is nice to have done! It's so peaceful to wake up there in the morning - even if I do have to go to work! :lol:

I have some catching up to do around here, so I'll head off to do some reading!

Good morning everyone! It was quite a chilly morning when I took my dog for a walk. If I had dressed better, it would have been more enjoyable. ^^
It was nice meeting my friend yesterday. We went to the coffee shop to have some yummy coffee with some free chocolate. I didn't know it was given out but it was nice. :]
I didn't find anything I was looking for uni but I bought a brithday gift for my aunt. I was worried if my mum liked the gift as mush as I did but luckily, she was happy with my choice. Phew. ^^
I have some things to do around the town today so I'd better go and wash my hair now. :>

What I could do is start with this and then see how we like it. Thanks for telling me about this!

Dinner has been in the crockpot since late morning, and it smells so good. Even though it isn't fall yet, we are having homemade beef-barley soup with garlic bread. I like to sauté each group of items to get a delicate brown sheen and then add everything together to continue the cooking process. I am hungry just thinking about it. I found the smallest, cutest red potatoes (at least I think they're cute) that I sautéed in garlic olive oil. I almost popped one into my mouth, but I restrained myself! I often use Emeril's Original Seasoning in a lot of my dishes. Today was no different. I have to admit that when the mushrooms were browned after cooking with Emeril's seasoning, I actually did sneak one, lol. Now I just have to wait until dinner time!

You have made me hungry! Sounds delicious! I hope it was!!!

It's nice that you guys take such good care of each other, that's how it should be [emoji171]
