Good morning MMC!!! Happy Tuesday! I have a lot of reading to do if I want to get all caught up! Not sure if I'll make it, but I'll try!!! Need to close up books for the month! Fun fun!

We had rain & more rain from 5:30 this morning until a few minutes ago...now the sun is shining! Geesh!

I hope everyone had a nice Labor Day weekend. I can't believe it's all over already!! Time flew! It was nice to see advertisements on the Hallmark Channel all weekend long for their Countdown to Christmas. SOOOO Exciting!!! :grin:

Good...uh...Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I hate to say it, but I'm glad to be back in civilization. It's not that the cabin was that far away, I could be in Bellville in 30 minute, but it was deep in the woods with no pond or river. So, no fishing or swimming. Just sitting around. Ugh, that ain't me. It was a very cool cabin, with cedar siding inside & out, large cook shelter, 12 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. But, unless you like just sitting around, it was kind of a bore LOL!

And my bossy sister-in-law was as bossy as ever. Grrr!

I think Lulu enjoyed spending the weekend with my mom. I don't think mom wanted to let Lulu go when I went to pick her up. I wish she would get a pet; they are so much company.

Glad you are back and had kind of a nice weekend...even though it was boring.

I can relate: I have a bossy aunt that has been hanging around a lot since my dad has gotten sick. It makes an already stressful situation even more stressful!

Good evening,

I just went through the posts quickly tonight, I am really not feeling well. I have been having chills all night, it is 80*f and I have been wearing flannel pants, long sleeve shirt and a heavy bathrobe just to stay warm. I am still going to try to go into work tomorrow.

Good evening. We're home. It was a really long day. My husband and I are exhausted. We had to carry all of my daughters stuff up three flights of stairs. I have bruises all over me, lol. She's all settled in. I miss her already. I don't like it. I have a headache from the stress of it all, so I'm going to turn in soon. The good thing is that I am finished dorm shopping. That's the only thing I'm happy about!

Busy day at work, busy night at home, day off tomorrow now that we are back onto the school year schedule. I have to run out and talk to someone at a pet feed store about what food to feed the new dog. He has been raised on high quality food, and we want to try to stay in the better quality food without breaking the bank. He is coming in from Tennessee, I will go more in depth of the story of how he ended up coming to Massachusetts after he gets here.

I am on my last legs of energy for the night, so I will wish you all a...

Is he a rescue dog? We have friends near Newton who have a rescue dog from Tennessee, and one of my co-workers is a foster "parent" in a rescue organization. (It's okay, I can wait until you tell the whole story when he gets here!)
