hey there...I hope Y´all had a great Sunday!!!! we have been chilling at home...I hung up two garlands...then we had dinner and now Kandice and I are watching a Disney DVD that is supposed to help the kids learn English in a playfull way and eat some cherry jello
what a wonderful way to spend your day! Enjoy your time together.

kid´s tv is off.....now it´s something like America´s funniest videos.....actually most of the vids we see are from the States.....I just love watching these type of shows.....does it make me a bad person to laugh about other peoples bloopers?

when that´s done I ´ll crash and read some Harry Potter in bed. What are U guys up to this evening?

Oh did I mention that our Christmas Market will open tomorrow?

Not at all! That's what you're supposed to do with shows like that =]

We love it, too. One of our faves.

I love watching the bloopers, so funny !
It is still afternoon in the part of the world, so I am hanging out here and working of some baking.
Nothing really planned tonight, just relaxing, I like to read before going to sleep too.

Adrian was working on Christmas lights outside, and I finished Christmas cards for the exchange. We've also been watching Christmas movies, and The Packer game.

That's exciting about your Christmas Market! Enjoy!!

almost done with my cards. Watching Elf right now

All showered and ready to go - listening to some Christmas tunes as I prepare to depart. I don't know what I'm worried about, I might be over 50, but my heart is somewhere around 7 this time of year. I'm sure the crowd will feed off of my energy.

Hope all the ailing merry folk and their kin are improving - positive thoughts continue for all.

As I was drifting off to sleep last night the image Made shared of the snowstorm that crippled Buffalo popped into my mind and I was thankful for not having to endure all of that - it was raining overnight and most of our snow is gone, but there's enough to keep it cheery for the parade.

*( Hope the rain holds off until later this afternoon; I'm wearing white. HaHaHoHo

Hope you had a great time at the parade, Auntie!!!!

Hope everyone is well and looking forward to your Thanksgiving week in the US.

I'm sorry I haven't been around much. It's just been an awful year to be honest. This past Monday my aunt passed away. She was also my Godmother and lived up to that in every way possible every day of my life. She is the only person in both our families besides my parents who never forgot my son's birthday or our anniversary. Ever.

This past July she was under hospice care, young, but she had a rare form of cancer that doctors are not familiar with in terms of treatment, none the less, her hospice nurse advised her not to try and go out, but she managed to make it to the store just to make sure Noah received an 18th birthday card from her.

She was just everything to me. One of the only people in my life who ever made me feel like I was good enough, as is. She taught me to bake all of our traditional family Christmas cookies, cakes and decorate the house over, filling it with love and joy at Christmas. She dedicated all of her time and effort to care for the homeless and women's domestic violence centers.

I can't even wrap my head around the fact that she won't be present this Christmas. Or that I'll never again receive a Christmas card the last week of November with a $20 check for cookie money, that I never cash and ends up part of the card box that I keep her cards in. I never could bring myself to cash her checks after she went on disability due to the surgeries.

My son isn't well, nor is our business and I feel disconnected from everything at this time. So I apologize for my lack of participation - but like a sick dog , I tend to keep to myself when things are down. I just felt an explanation was warranted, because I love this board and all of you.

Hoping to find some Christmas Spirit to renew things.

I'm so sorry to hear all of that Graywolf. Praying for you and your entire family.

Good afternoon, dear friends~

Hope you're having a Christmasy day!

A late, late Sunday hello … :-)

I actually posted about two hours earlier, and I swear I saw the posts, but before the session ended, they disappeared, along with a PM I sent … weird.

I spent most of today finishing a Christmas audio project. I still have some audio to work on, but not today. It's couch time. cheesy

Thinking of all of you as Thanksgiving approaches. It looks like another crazy week at the office, in spite of its being a short week. I know I will be thankful for the long weekend, even though I'll be busy with Christmas work at home!

Enjoy the couch time!

Has anyone heard from Christmas-A-Holic? I'm worried.

We have messaged on FB, and she is doing ok, but has been busy. I know that she & her grand kids were under the weather for a bit, as well.

I will let her know again how much she is missed!

I understand your loss, my aunt/Godmother passed away shortly after Mother's Day three years ago and I miss her dearly. We were very close, I was referred to as "the fifth daughter". She was a lover of Christmas and we shared a love for music boxes. Three of the music boxes I had given her were returned to me after she died and they are displayed on the coffee table all year. My cat loves the little music train with the LED lights as the snowflakes change colours. I like the ones that look like Christmas novels until you open them and one has Dickens characters inside singing as they move their wooden heads and the other has Santa's workshop inside. When I miss her, I play one or all of those music boxes and it brings a smile to my face. Perhaps as you reflect on the cards she gave you in the past, you will find comfort in them. I'm sure your other troubles will add a little pressure as Christmas draws nearer; I keep you and your family in my thoughts.

would love to see some pictures ! Sounds like so much fun!

The merry paparazzi was out there. I'll keep an eye out for one that shows my thinner side - haha.

I was such a merry idiot. I wound up with parade fever. I walked four blocks from the float station to my place and kept waving away greeting everyone with, "Merry Christmas!".

I prefer watching the first Home Alone, but in the second one, I liked the bird woman. She reminded me of "Tuppens a bag" from Mary Poppins who sang, "Feed the birds..."
