"Home Alone 2" is on ABCFamily tonight at 8:30pm!!!
Don't have to quit Christmas cold turkey tonight, it is on again tomorrow afternoon too at 330pm.

Just got the countdown dates entered into my iPhone calander and we got our "time capsule note" put in the tree box in the attic. Both boys were here! It'll be the last one that both of them are here with us for as The oldest will be in his own home with his new wife starting their own traditions next year. Love seeing the milestones through the year. Makes time go by faster.

Glad that you got some quality time in with both of your sons. Traditions & family are everything!

I just bought all three in a DVD set at Target for $10.00. I haven't seen the first one since it came out and not sure i ever saw the second. Didn't even know there was a third.

not many like to clean ! I like my place clean, just don't like the work involved to get it that way.

Right now, we are concentrating on getting through the weekend [emoji173]️

And we will be helping Adrian's Dad and sister on the weekends. They also have an apartment in Dorothy's hometown, we will need to go through.

We need to take better care of ourselves, health wise. Get more sleep, eat healthier, get plenty of exercise, etc.

Another family vacation would be really nice~

And we may begin looking at homes, again.

Good afternoon,

I finally have got through the first 20 pages of the new 2015 Countdown thread, we are off and running!!!

I tried earlier but we had some errands to run, Turtle had a "spa" day as my wife said. He looks good after his haircut, shampoo and everything else.

It is sad to see the stores are now pretty much Christmas free, some of the stores we went into had just about zero left.

The boys and myself are watching "Elf:Buddy's Musical Christmas" now, never had a chance to watch it before Christmas. May have to add it to my DVD collection next year.

Three more days off before going back to work, my one true resolution is to find a new job/career this year. I know sounds like a broken record. I just need to break my comfort zone and focus on my future, and happiness in my professional life.

Just turned on my Christmas lights for the first time in 2015.

Happy New Year, everyone.

I will be in throughout the night.

It is kinda sad to see the Christmas decorations fading away. I'd almost rather they just go away completely instead of just slowly becoming disheveled like they are.

I love this thread! I am not ready to take down my tree either. Maybe next weekend. .we'll see. I just love the cozy feeling of the lights!

Hope all goes well on the weekend and you get all the stuff done that is needed. Not easy to have to deal with.

Sounds like some great plans! I look at houses all the time and dream of one day having my own instead of renting. Who knows, could happen!

My cold is getting better, just wish this cough would go away. Got some heavy duty cough medicine to take for when I go into work tomorrow, than and a pocket full of cough drops should get me through my shift.

We are hoping for a week up in the Ottawa region this summer. Also going to visit the Royal Ontario museum next month for LittleCS's late birthday gift. Most likely go to Vermont to see my sister and pick up mom again this summer too.
