Good early morning friends! My insomnia is out of control!!! I have not really had a good sleep since Monday. I don't know what to do, I don't want to take anything because I always feel bad the next day plus I don't want to be groggy in case I get up with the boys...yall just please pray for me!!thanks so much!
The weather is nice though! It's a nice seasonal 25F right now at 3 am local time. The next 10 days look nice but no snow
Sunday it could even get up to 49F I may jump in the pool because that will feel like spring break! I will be here on and off all day! Have a great early morning..and remember it's Thursday I like to call it the gateway to the weekend day!

Praying that your mind and body relaxes so you can have a peaceful and restful sleep Dawg. I had insomnia for years and still have odd spells of it now. Try to clear your mind and not think about it at all. If you can get some lavender , the scent is really calming. As well as chamomile tea. Like you I don't like taking meds so I try natural stuff. Anyway don't stress over it as it makes it worse. Enjoy your weekend plans and have a great Thursday!

I feel so sleepy but just can't get to a good hard sleep although I do kind of dooze off and I think since I have quit drinking caffeine in the new year that my tolerance has lowered because I drank a bit of hot tea last night at work. That must be it. oh well it will be okay other than that I feel great!!!

That usually works for me, but I have read every book on our shelves, so I was just telling the wife I needed to go by books a million before work today and get some good Stephen king books to read on these long nights because reading does help!
Yep snowflake, Stephen King books rock! Problem is I have read almost all of them. There are a few I have not read like "The tommyknockers" but I have seen the movie, I think I will try too pick that up today because it has been years since I have seen it and a lot of times the book is so different from the movie. I.E. "midnight in the garden of good and evil" was different from the book as I thought the book was soo much better, but I digress...I know Stephen king did not right that btw.lol I am so sleep deprived I am delirous at this point and I hope I am not sounding too out of it this morning!
So I am thinking about what to make the wife and kids for breakfast in an hour or so. I know I said biscuits and gravy last night but that was before another sleepless night.lol I know I know I need to keep my word because that is brandi's favorite thing on cold mornings. I also have bacon that needs to be cooked so everyone here is welcome to drop by if yall don't mind my red eyes! The food will be great I promise!

Stephen King is one of my favourite authors. Have you read his latest Joyland? I read Tommyknockers and it really is worth reading, there is more in there than the movie. Also have you read Stephen kings Different Seasons? It's a collection of short stories - 3 of which have made into very famous movies.
Midnight in the Garden is one of my all time Favourite books!!!!!!!!
