Oh my goodness, strong force gales have started. I wish you all could hear the wind. it is scary!!! I am so worried about Mr festive driving in this. He should be on the road now. Hope he is here safe and sound soon.

Cabin fever ! Really needed to get out fir awhile and son wanted to pick up sone stuff. So I drive him around and stay in van while he goes in to stores.

It is a lovely sunny day and good to get out if the house !
My ankle is still sore but slowly getting better . It is going to be awhile.. It hurts more when I get up in morning than at end of day, maybe I should sleep in recliner ?

Keeping you in my thoughts. Take good care.

Still not sure if the secretary lady will be taking the kitty cat. She's still working on her husband. And it kind of aggravates me to know that he really doesn't want the cat.
I would keep her, what's one more at this point. It's just that the vet bills are so expensive. We'll see. I'll keep you posted.

Yep!! My sister sent pictures and the van wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He was just lucky there wasn't someone on the other side of him so he could get over and get away from the guy.

Awe! Well hopefully her hubby comes around. My hubby would be the same way. He is not a cat fan. Growing up on a farm, he likes them out in the barn, but not in the house. A couple years ago there was a kitten at our trailer the Sunday we closed up for winter. It was so cold that day. I put a towel out for it by our steps protected from the wind & gave it a little food. I drove back out there the next day just to see if it was there & sure enough it was. Curled up on that towel. So I bought some cat food & a litter box & brought it home & the 1st thing out of Jims mouth was - you better find a home for that kitty b/c we aren't keeping it! Lol! I had it for about 3 days & he did warm up to it a little - but still didn't want to keep it. We gave it to friends of ours who live on a farm & have several already very spoiled cats! :smile:
