Happy Saturday!! Watching my niece right now ... Hoping my sister and brother in law come back soon because I want to run to Target with the fam.

We took the tree down today and I am ok with it! It's been up a good, long while!

Other than that, we are just hanging around. Pizza and fries for dinner, mmm!

I switched up our mantle/fireplace, and family room area with a winter, lodge, primitive theme. I bought a few new pieces, and mix them in with some that I've had for a while.

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!
Feeling kind of sleepy today but I have to get moving soon, I have a lot to do. My husband and I had a great time at the hockey game last night. It was an exciting game, we had a lot of fun.
Typical day of chores and errands. I have to do a big food shopping trip. I also need to run to Rite Aid & Target. And we have a memorial service to go to this afternoon. One of our neighbors passed away, she was a lovely lady and lived to 92 years old, God bless her.
I'm also waiting for our veterinarian to call with the new kitty's blood work results. We still didn't pick a name for her. We have Molly & Maggie, Bella & Bentley and Sophia & ??? I was thinking of picking another S name but I can't think of one that suits her. I had a pattern going there but I might have to break it, lol.
I hope everyone is well, continued prayers for all who are ill ~

And tomorrow, we begin the voyage through the 200's!


Well, believe it or not, the SUN returned yesterday, bringing a bit of warmth.
(I had just about forgotten what it looked like.)
We were in the low 50's but it sure felt good after these long stretches in the 30's.
And no rain, too!
Today should be similar, but has once again commenced below freezing, at 31 degrees.

Good morning, friends! How are you all doing? I'm well. Just relaxing with DS. EA is still in bed and DH is teaching today. We'll have leftover pizza for lunch, watch some movies, and just cuddle today.

This evening, DH and I are going to head out with my sister and her boyfriend, to a benefit that is being held for the fire department. There is going to be a bunch of different bands there. We're going to grab a bite to eat, head there, and just have a good time. The kids are going to my in-laws for a sleep over.

Thanks, I appreciate your putting up with me. Yesterday got worse. The office "closed" at 1 p.m., but a group of us working on a presentation didn't get out of there until nearly 8 p.m.---and we'll probably have to work on Monday, which is supposed to be a holiday. They'll tell me later today. That'll be the second time this year already that I've had to stand by for work on a holiday. Oh, well, I'll just grin and bear it. Maybe they'll give me a comp day to make up for the lost holiday.

I hope they give you a comp day.
