Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Elizabeth still has that bad cold. She stayed home from school today, and she'll miss ballet practice tonight. She hates missing that, since they have a ballet coming up, but it can't be helped.

Nancy, her sister, and the other girls in her office are using some show tickets tonight that were gifted to them from an appreciative tax client. They're going to see Harry Connick, Jr. in Savannah. I've never known Nancy to like jazz, but I'm sure she's not going just because she thinks he's pretty to look at. :wink:

Anyway, while she's not looking at Harry Connick, Jr., I'll be home tending to our sick daughter, our sick dog, and our hungry son. Poor me.

It is a chilly one here with a wind chill of -24c (-11f), my brother has to work outside in this today.

I have an appointment to go to with my son this morning then off to work. After that going to check out the sales at Target, they are shutting down all their stores here in Canada.

Good evening mmc! Just getting in to my bro's home for the night...he is still in the hospital until at least Friday. They still don't know anything, but he is in a lot of pain because well...lets just say he has a lot of tubes hooked up to him...anyways thanks for the prayers and it looks like Friday will be the day we start to find out stuff...about to go to bed after I call brandi..have a good night everyone!

One Week, Folks.

One lone, solitary week to go until we complete the first quarter of the voyage back to our long-awaited and much coveted Christmas Season.

(Hard to believe it's nearly the 2nd quarter. Before you know, it will be half time!)





A bit warmer yesterday, but not really "warm", if you know what I mean.

Today will be chillier but still dry, hopefully with some sun.

It is a not-too-bad 43 degrees here right now.

Don't speak too soon, weather.com says we have "2 snowmakers" heading our way. Sunday into Tuesday may be pretty bad around here. Of course they are saying very little about it.

good morning everyone! I could not sleep so I am going to wally world to shop for some groceries...I have to remember I am not in Utah anymore, around here you have to be more careful about your surrounding especially at 4am! Wish me luck!(just kidding) talk to you all later!
