On our thrift store run yesterday I found this little item that reminded me of someone

And of course just had to add to my cherished teddy collection with "Annette, tender care given here"

have no idea why that happened, I took both pictures with my phone holding it the same way, why did they turn out so different?
got it fixed by going back onto my phone, just weird that one would turn out right but the other sideways and big

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy stayed with her mom last night, so I'm trying to get the kids up and ready for church by myself. Elizabeth, bless her heart, is no trouble at all. But that Jacob! I feel like Homer Simpson sometimes: "The boy. Bring me THE BOY." LOL

It's supposed to be sunny and 70° today. Now, where's my fishing pole?

Hey. It was.....well.....WARM here yesterday, with our high in the low 60's. The upper 60's are predicted for today.
No rain, either.

We are at 47 degrees here, currently.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's going to be another beautiful day here!!! It's already 49 degree's out there and we should get closer to 60 this afternoon!!!! It looks like we may see some rain though later today. Not a lot of my agenda for today. I need to file mom's unemployment claim and a few other things online. Then who knows what I will do. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning! After a night of some really strange and crazy dreams of me trying to get rid of bees and bats in someone's garage, I'm sitting here on the couch, relaxing and enjoying a to a nice hot refreshing cup of Folgers Classic Roast and snuggly wife....

I have plans to be doing electrical work today in the house, I'm going to relocate some switches, rewire an exhaust fan, install some 3-way wire and switches and get into other related stuff.. Ahhh, it keeps me bust and out of trouble...What is trouble for me???? Ummm, don't you know, It's shopping and spending money!!! Although, I got my eye on one of those new battery operated nail drivers over at Home Depot!!!!!:wink:

It's 37 degrees at the moment with the high to get around 57 today. But with these out of the norm, warmer than usual temperatures, did you see the artic blast that is coming for us later on in the week? Brrrrrrrr temps will be here big time by Friday!!!!

Morning everyone! It's been a week since I've been here. Bambina is keeping us all on our toes! Busy, busy, busy! #2 is quickly approaching...she will be here before we know it.

Everything is pretty calm here, but Doc said we needed to start planning some of the little events for Christmas...you know I'm all for it. We are going to spend some time this month working on Elf on the Shelf. Not my favorite thing, but it's Christmas! I'll do anything for a touch of Christmas.

Hello! Haven't stopped by in awhile, stomach bug has been making the rounds in our house. Boo!!

Today everyone is moderately healthy and I am going with my husband to his work's band contest. Local breweries get together to cover songs and change the lyrics to beer-related things. It's pretty silly but they won last year and it's fun! The kids are excited to spend the day down the street with my sister and brother in law and niece! . Have a great day!!

Happy Sunday!
I didn't have a chance to pop back in here last night, turned out to be a busy day. I spent the morning running errands and working on chores. I was with my parents, brothers & their families all afternoon. And my husband and I had an unexpected date night which was very nice. Not too much going on here today. Keeping and eye on that storm heading our way this evening in to tomorrow. I need to watch the latest forecast and see how much snow we're expecting.
