Good morning everyone. I only have a couple of minutes, I have so much to do before I leave for work. I probably won't be back here until this evening. My daughter has the gastroenterologist appointment this afternoon and I must make a trip to the supermarket at some point too. Add in my daily chores and it will be a busy day for sure. you know, you guys in the States do not have to share everything, that storm is due to arrive here in a bit, not looking forward to it at all.

We are headed out to do a bit of running around and then just going to stay home and see what the weather brings us.

We're near single digits to our next Milestone (impossible though that may seem).

The numbers:
Days to the Season: 255
Days to Christmas Day: 297

Yep. Just 12 days off from the 1/3 marker to Christmas Season 2015.
(Close indeed to single digits!)


Well, warmer (60's) weather yesterday put and end to nearly all of the left over snow,
just in time to make room for more, possibly by Thursday evening.
Tomorrow will be back in the 30's again but the 70's are predicted for Wednesday,
then back down to about 20 for our overnight low Thursday as we begin our annual
roller coaster weather fluctuations.
This morning sees our thermometer read 37 degrees here in the capital city.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Not much to report today. We had customers in for the tour and lunch yesterday, so I didn't get much done. It sure was nice to see the sun shining yesterday, if only for a few hours.

It's supposed to be in the mid-80's tomorrow! Then a high in the 40's on Friday LOL.

Looks like we are supposed to get another multi-day winter storm here again. it starts out as another ice event, starting tomorrow afternoon, then Wednesday it changes over to rain and then Thursday it changes to a heavy snow. Merry and xmas gets the snow, I get the ice......

Actually, we get everything where I am ... starts as snow tonight, changes to sleet, freezing rain, and rain toward morning, then Wednesday the temps drop and we get snow Wednesday night into Thursday. Don't want none of it.

We are expecting a winter storm starting tonight, though. Possibly 6 inches with a lot of blowing and drifting. White out conditions.

I am so excited to reach March! It feels like we are moving forward to the season now. Now we just need Spring to get here!

My first wild rose has bloomed. It was quite the sight to see the deep red sprinkled with white snow yesterday - wish I had taken a photo now!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's a chilly morning here with a temp of 28 degree's. We got some freezing rain earlier this morning and now it's kind of a freezing mist out there. It looks like all of the salt I put down on the sidewalk has kept it pretty clear but everything else has a layer of ice on it. This afternoon the freezing rain will turn over to just a plain heavy rain that could cause some flooding. Then tonight we go back below freezing so all of that laying water can freeze. Then system number 2 moves in tomorrow morning and brings 4 to 5 inches of snow. So needless to say, I'll just be hanging out at home the next couple of days. Hopefully I can make myself be productive. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
