Christmas Countdown - 2015

Still no word from gabulldawg since this post? It's getting scary.

So scary, I've been hoping to see a post from him every time I log on. I will continue to keep him in my prayers.

So, last night, I got to thinking, (that alone is a scary thought), Well, you know, you have always heard that saying, to never buy a car or an appliance that was built/ manufactured on a Monday or a Friday? Well, has anyone ever considered throwing St Patrick's Day in there as well???? Whoa boy, how many big heads, do think there was in this world this morning??? Or how much aspirin, Tylenol or ibuprofen was consumed today so far?? Kind of makes you think a bit - huh!!!!

Good morning. I slept in just a tad this morning, because at midnight last night, we had to drive back down to Baltimore and pick my daughter up from a birthday party for one of her close childhood friends that is home on college break. So, needless to say, after the midnight road trip, it was not till about 2am before we got to bed last night.

I just looked at the weather (if you have not noticed, but I love keeping tabs on the weather), look what's coming for the first day of spring:

More snow..... Looks like with this map, Merry, xmas, HMG, Sugar, etc... may get to see some flakes as well, Hecks far...There's plenty to go around, I'll share.....

Hope your daughter had fun last night!!! Glad you were able to sleep in some too!!

They are saying we may see snow next Monday. Yuck. LOL!!!!

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

The turkey tacos were a hit last night, but salsa fixes a lot of issues with food!

The guys who were in for the tour yesterday left after lunch...heading to Savannah, and St. Patrick's Day on River Street LOL! It's a big, throw-down party in Savannah. I used to go on years when the band got booked to play, but I would never go just to party. WOW, there are a lot of, uh, uninhibited people on River St. that night, let me tell you. If I told you all the things I've seen while playing there, your hair would stand on end! LOL

Now I have to catch up on the things I didn't do yesterday.

Nope. I've been watching and he hasn't logged in since then.

I was hoping that his sugar was just low since he is diabetic and that's what was causing him the problems.

That was a very scary post by him or by anyone in general...The way his typing was and his articulation of what he was feeling at the time, did not sound good at all! Does anyone have his personal contact information, Facebook, or another source, to sort of reach out to him privately or to Brandi to check up on him?

I've looked back through everything I have and can't find any info for him. I've done some searching online too and can't find him.

Well, good afternoon! My is the time just flying by today, pretty soon it will be time to meet at the Pines. Wonder what Carl has up his sleeve tonight, especially since yesterday was St Patrick's Day?

Unfortunately, I will have to take a rain check for tonight for myself because I will be home studying for my colonoscopy exam for tomorrow morning. For me, it will be a pain in my backside, a stab in the dark, a trip to boldly go where no one has been before..... Boy, I'm on a roll today.....

I just crack myself up!!!!!

Merry Wednesday and Happy Pines Day all. I am just checking in to say hello and that I am thinking of you all.

So sorry I can't keep up with posts. Life is hectic. How on earth we are half way through March ?? Easter is almost here! Next week I will be spring cleaning and getting ready for Easter. I need to organise the easter morning egg hunt for the kids.

Spring is trying it's best to get here I think but we are still freezing cold. Cold blast from Russia these days. I am really loving the brighter mornings and evenings - love this time of year!

Ok well , I hope things are going well for you all. Holiday I am so sorry to hear about your father.

Mine is going well too, thank you. Just got back from Rosie's vet appointment. All is well and she doesn't have to go back until next year. I saw the cutest little Yorkie puppy in the waiting room while I was there. My heart melted!

Happy Pines Day!
Just had the dogs out back, it's so chilly. We're not supposed to get out of the 30's the next few days and we're even expecting some snow on Friday. Not too much going on for me today, typical day of errands and chores. Rosie also has a veterinarian appointment this afternoon, just a routine kitten visit. That's about it for me.
