Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!
Not too much going on here today. I'm heading out soon to get my food shopping over with. I also have to order a ham from the butcher while I'm there for Easter Sunday. Can't believe it's a week away, it crept up on me this year. Not too much else going on. My washing machine stopped working yesterday, hoping my husband can fix it today. I'll end up at the laundromat if he doesn't, the clothes and towels are already piling up.
That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Good morning!



Thought I would wish everyone a MERRY and safe weekend before I went to bed. Long day and I had to relax by watching a movie, Memoirs of a Geisha. Good movie, but long. Ha! That will teach me to check the length a bit closer. Way past my bedtime and I have to be up in a few hours. Absolutely love the soundtrack, so it was worth the time spent.

Not really sure just yet, she drank a ton of water overnight (which kind of worries me). But I'm glad she's staying hydrated, of course!!
Right now she just wants to rest, so will have to keep an eye on her.
So glad Adrian is home, now.
I have plans with my sister today, and I would have cancelled them. Depending on how she does throughout the morning, I may still do that.

And on into another weekend we go.
Starting with this:
Days to the Season: 230
Days to Christmas Day: 272

Our next Milestone?
Well, it's a bit of a wait this time -- all the way to April 26. Four weeks from tomorrow. The 1/3 marker to Christmas Day.
(Well, say. It's not really that far away, is it?)


We started off fairly warm yesterday but it got steadily colder all day and we got down into the low 40's by late evening.
This morning, we have further declined (to 37 degrees) with even colder weather predicted for tonight.
At least we are precipitation free.


Have a Sensational Saturday, Folks.
And may your college basketball team of choice have a good tournament experience today!

Ha!!! If there's anything under there, I think it would be safe to say that if it tried to make a run for it, by the looks of things, the gate is heavily guarded by the Cat Patrol and it wouldn't stand a chance~
