It is a Saturday; right? - Why am I up, dressed and pretending to be working?

It's 12 degrees here, and has been snowing on & off all week. What the?! Should be Spring, but I don't think Winter got the message [emoji4]

Good morning!

Thought I would wish everyone a MERRY and safe weekend before I went to bed. Long day and I had to relax by watching a movie, Memoirs of a Geisha. Good movie, but long. Ha! That will teach me to check the length a bit closer. Way past my bedtime and I have to be up in a few hours. Absolutely love the soundtrack, so it was worth the time spent.

Will be praying for all of you!

I'd like to know what's under my stove this morning. I really hope that it's a cat toy. I'm going to have a heart attack if I see anything scurry across my kitchen floor.

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!
Not too much going on here today. I'm heading out soon to get my food shopping over with. I also have to order a ham from the butcher while I'm there for Easter Sunday. Can't believe it's a week away, it crept up on me this year. Not too much else going on. My washing machine stopped working yesterday, hoping my husband can fix it today. I'll end up at the laundromat if he doesn't, the clothes and towels are already piling up.
That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Not really sure just yet, she drank a ton of water overnight (which kind of worries me). But I'm glad she's staying hydrated, of course!!
Right now she just wants to rest, so will have to keep an eye on her.
So glad Adrian is home, now.
I have plans with my sister today, and I would have cancelled them. Depending on how she does throughout the morning, I may still do that.

We started off fairly warm yesterday but it got steadily colder all day and we got down into the low 40's by late evening.
This morning, we have further declined (to 37 degrees) with even colder weather predicted for tonight.
At least we are precipitation free.

Harlowe is hanging in, she isn't completely better, but she is eating & drinking, and being affectionate. So definite signs of improvement.

Haha!!

Need to catch up at work, or are you working on a weekend project? Trying to play catch-up! Awww. I got slammed on this job for McCormick Foods, where I am designing these labs/ kitchens and they hit me up this week with all this specialty equipment changes, like 6- burner gas stoves, gas double ovens, compressed air outlets, emergency systems, all these high temperature dishwashers, and an array of all this specific changes to the job, where I have to go back and re-design the majority of the job. And, now they would prefer that the project be phased, which really complicates the design.

Hope you're drinking some strong java! I sure need it this morning. I feel like my body is here, but the brain is still in the pillows....

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's a cold morning here with a temp of 22 right now. Brr!!! It looks like we are going to warm up to 38 later and the sun should be shining most of the day. So I guess I won't complain to much. I need to head to another grocery store today but I think I'm going to wait on the frost to melt off of the cars before I go. I just have a thing about scraping windows this late in the year. LOL!!!! So until that happens, I'll just be working on some things around the apartment. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!
