And, of course, the Milestone of the Day is the 200-day Season Window, as our march on Christmas intensifies.
(We will be in the ONE HUNDREDS tomorrow!!)



Damp and quite chilly here all day yesterday and I never saw the temps get out of the 50's.
Today should be warmer and drier, fortunately, and it has started off at 44 degrees in our neck of the MMC woods.

Happy Milestone Day, MMC!!!!! It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day here with a high of 60 degree's. I'm going to be stuck inside though pretty much all day though since I work 10 to 7. Today is my last day shift. I'll start overnights on Thursday. I don't know what they have in store for us today. Hopefully nothing to exhausting since I'm not feeling the greatest. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Good evening everyone! I'm getting ready to turn in. We just watched the Islanders lose 2-1 in game 7 so it's the end of the season for them. It's too bad. They would have went on to play against their rivals, the N.Y. Rangers. That would have been awesome! We're already looking forward to next season. Anyway, I head back to work tomorrow so I'll be waking up extra early. I'll pop in before I leave. See you in the morning, goodnight everyone!!!

If you could, please send some prayers or good thoughts on Gloria's behalf. The pain from her back injury is much worse, and she had to make two emergency trips to the hospital because the pain was intolerable. The hospital says "no surgery"---probably because of her age---and I worry that this could become the start of a general decline. She's a tough old bird, though, so maybe prayers will help her to heal.

Gloria is in my thoughts.

Ok now! Lets talk about nice, decent and wonderful things...Ok, enough about me!!!:lol:

We are watching Bizarre Foods and surfing the web, checking out the menus for the Disney World Restaurants, trying to decide what places we want to go to and also checking out the prices. There's this one restaurant at the Boardwalk there, where they serve a steak and just the steak only, for $65.00, If you want anything else, it's additional... Wheew...That's a pretty expensive steak!

Anyhow, I don't think I need a steak from there that bad. I'd rather have one of those Turkey legs for $8.00, walk around, eating meat on a stick.... Now your talking my kind of meal....

It's a chilly one again here tonight, we have had the fireplace lit since I've been home tonight, to warm things up some in the house here. As of tonight, I am now 100% done all of framing out the basement. That is one major step just completed, next is electrical and then I will start putting up wall to wall shelving units, for storage....

Hope everyone is having a nice night at home....

Turkey legs are always good. Our state fair, The Eastern States Exposition or Big E, has the pterodactyl... umm turkey legs and they are HUGE!!! My wife didn't want to be seen with me eating the thing so I went behind the booth and there were a couple other guys eating their legs back there because wives said the same thing. The thing was delicious.

Evening all!

Is it Christmas yet? Hasn't it felt like its been forever since we had it? I just turned on my Christmas lights here in my basement. They are up all year round. Also just got a Nintendo 3ds xl. Playing animal crossing new leaf and got the Christmas items too! Looks awesome! Well hope everyone is well! See ya later!!!!

Today (4/27) was my wife and I's 13th wedding anniversary, she has put up with me legally binding that long and 16 years altogether. cheesy I can't believe how fast it has moved.
We celebrated this past Saturday by going out to the Mexican restaurant we had been trying to get to for a while now. The food was great.

I took JP to Scouts tonight, there just isn't enough time in the day anymore.

I browsed through the new Dream Book online tonight, I saw a bunch I wanted, including a new Gremlins ornament, and a follow-up to the Nifty Fifties ornament which is bubble lights this year. I can't wait until I can get the hard copy in my hands.
