Good Morning, Folks!

Well, with two consecutive Milestone Days behind us, and with today's advance
into 100's territory, we take a break and a deep breath before examining the next marker.
(And let's wait until tomorrow to do that, OK?)

Today's count:
Days to the Season: 199
Days to Christmas Day: 241

(And doesn't that 199 look niiiiiice!)


Cool here yesterday but pleasantly so, with plenty of sun and no precipitation.
Today should be a repeat and it has commenced at 47 degrees.

Good evening, another Monday is basically in the books now and I'm not sad about it.... Well, I was working in the basement again tonight for a few hours until the wife called me upstairs to watch what was on the TV, yes, the natives are going wild in downtown Baltimore....What did I tell you all about that place, it's a zoo...

So, to sum it up, a criminal, yes a criminal with an arrest record, dating back to 2008, (because his records are not available because he was a juvie then) got hurt and died during a police arrest. During the arrest they found a switchblade and drugs on him.

Ok, what the police did, was bad and there should be an investigation. But no....can't be happy about that, the animals, thugs and gangs decided to use that as an excuse to riot. So far 15 police officers have been hospitalized today and nightfall just arrived, so things may get interesting down there tonight.

As you can see, I feel no pity, offer no excuses, nor feel any sorrow for criminal activity and people who hurt the innocent and destroy other peoples property... One car got stopped in the middle of the road and they broke into it, dragged the woman out of the car and started assaulting her, others tried to stop the mob and the mob started beating on them...Awful, awful, awful...

Horrible!!! Scary world! Stupidity!

My goodness, here it is the last week in April already! The beginning-of-the-year rush at the office went on much longer than usual this year; we are just starting to get our breath back! It's been a lovely spring in our neck of the woods, and it's going to be a beautiful day today. I'm looking forward to getting off work at 3:00 and going out to enjoy it!

Evening all!

Is it Christmas yet? Hasn't it felt like its been forever since we had it? I just turned on my Christmas lights here in my basement. They are up all year round. Also just got a Nintendo 3ds xl. Playing animal crossing new leaf and got the Christmas items too! Looks awesome! Well hope everyone is well! See ya later!!!!

Good evening everyone! I'm getting ready to turn in. We just watched the Islanders lose 2-1 in game 7 so it's the end of the season for them. It's too bad. They would have went on to play against their rivals, the N.Y. Rangers. That would have been awesome! We're already looking forward to next season. Anyway, I head back to work tomorrow so I'll be waking up extra early. I'll pop in before I leave. See you in the morning, goodnight everyone!!!

Today (4/27) was my wife and I's 13th wedding anniversary, she has put up with me legally binding that long and 16 years altogether. cheesy I can't believe how fast it has moved.
We celebrated this past Saturday by going out to the Mexican restaurant we had been trying to get to for a while now. The food was great.

I took JP to Scouts tonight, there just isn't enough time in the day anymore.

I browsed through the new Dream Book online tonight, I saw a bunch I wanted, including a new Gremlins ornament, and a follow-up to the Nifty Fifties ornament which is bubble lights this year. I can't wait until I can get the hard copy in my hands.

Sounds like an awesome plan! It was COLD here last night! I got a good walk in yesterday morning with my neighbor. Last night I push mowed the lawn, but I had to wear ear muffs! :cold: I was hoping to take Gracie for a walk when I was done, but I was too cold! BUT tonight I plan on some patio time!!! cheesy
