Had some Family Drama yesterday. My sister called around 9pm to let me know that she and her husband were spending the night at a hotel. She lives on the outskirts of Baltimore, and some kids in the area were throwing rocks at houses and stores and just generally getting out of hand. My sister said that the Riot Police showed up, and lots of very low flying helicopters. She got good and spooked and grabbed her purse and ran for it. Her husband was at his bowling meet, so she went there first. The excitement was still going on when he left the bowling alley, so they stayed at a hotel. She said she drove past her house this morning, and all was peaceful again. No rioters, no helicopters, but police were cruising the area. This is scary. I'm sure if you had told me that there would be riots in my sister's neighborhood, I would have laughed at you. No more. It's a different world now.

That is scary stuff. I hope they all stay safe, and these riots end soon.

Just a nice relaxing day at home, I did run out to donate some clothes to Goodwill. I didn't see anything that interested me today.

I have to get dinner made, JP has baseball practice at 6.

I had blood drawn again, the doctor is running some more tests. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, I'm going to get B12 shots every two weeks. That may help with my energy level. We'll see what happens.

Today is my day off! Not a lot planned for today - just my regular stuff. We have to take EA to the doctor at 2:30, to get her elbow x-rayed, to see how it's coming along. Hopefully we'll get good news. Other than that, it will just be a normal day.

So scary, I'm glad they are safe and sound. I've been watching the coverage on CNN. Sending up prayers for peace.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be another beautiful day here in central Indy with a high in the mid 60's. Not much planned for me today. I just need to run to the store and then it will be back home to put in some more resumes and make some phone calls. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

I saw a little green one last weekend crossing the road....It's that time of year where you don't want to go putting you hand in a bush or plant without putting something else in there first and shaking it around....

I think working in the cooler/freezer for so long has messed up my own body's temperature control. I am rarely comfortable in any temperature anymore, the warmer it is the worse it is for me.
