Well, I decided to go downstairs this evening and I cleaned up all the extra framing material and then vacuumed up everything. I also installed all of the electrical boxes and ran all of the receptacle wiring. Getting there, it's looking good! I'll probably spend the next couple of evenings, rewiring some of the existing electrical and also running new mains back to the power panel. Exciting stuff....

I'm all settled in for the evening now, watching a little bit of property brothers at the moment and I'm waiting for the wife to get home from work...

The doctor said instead of her wearing her cast for 4 weeks now, he would like her to wear it for 6, just because she is young. He wants to make sure it fully heals - I guess he's just afraid with how active she is, she may just move it around to much, etc. He said yesterday on the X-ray, it looked like it was healing well.

Oh man! I'm sure none of you were happy to hear that, but I'm sure it's a good thing in the long run. Better safe than sorry! Hope she continues to do well with it!

This is the latest we have ever put our garden out. Usually by the end of March we have the things in that can tolerate frost - sugar peas, radish, onion, lettuce, red beats! TONIGHT we are going to work on getting those things out!!! LOL! Good luck with yours - fresh veggies from the garden are just the best!

Good morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve! Oh I love the sound of that! :razz:

Hope you are all having a great morning! We did end up going out with our lake neighbors last night! We don't get a chance to do that often through the week, so it was nice! We got to the lake & 1/2 the marina was up! Ok, that's an exaggeration, but there were quite a few people up for the weekend already! Here the little bar up the street - their Wed night drawing was a "must give" & everyone was going up there for that. So that's what we ended up doing & we ended up eating there too. By the time we left, it was almost dark, so no gardening for us last night. BUT we had fun & they pretty much called off the rain for today, so tonight it is a must to get in the garden!

It's supposed to be a little cooler today w/ a high of 60º but I'll take it! Might need a jacket in the garden this evening, but that's ok!!
