We were very successful in our hunt for tile. We were able to agree on everything and so we had a little extra time, so we bought a new toilet, lights and faucet for the vanity. Got home, started cutting grass, and the tractor drive stopped working, broke a belt. Lucky, I have my grandfathers old craftsman riding mower, I had it all re-done about a year ago, I broke that out, cranked it up and finished cutting the lawn. I cleaned out the back shed, I have this pile of wood now, must be about 20 feet wide and 6 feet high of all scrap wood, split wood, branches and logs... Enough to have bon-fires for a year!!!!

I was going to light one up tonight, but we got invited out this afternoon by the in-laws and they want to treat us to some steamed crabs at a restaurant. I can't turn down free steamed crabs... Bon-fire might have to wait till later....LOL!

Well, Shower time, can't go out, sit on the furniture, nor being around the Mrs. like this...

I read a little saying years back...

Is when the farmers wife,
can still love the farmer,
even when the farmer,
smells worse than the farm,
then that is true love...

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's a beautiful sunny day here in central Indy!! To bad I can't really get out and enjoy it. Most of my day is going to be laying around resting my knee and trying to sleep so I can attempt to work tonight. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!

Good evening, friends! Just sitting here enjoying the evening with DH and the kids. Even though I didn't get called in last night, they needed me to stay this morning, so I ended up doing a 12 hour shift through this morning.

Not really much planned on the agenda for tonight - have to work again tonight.

I'm glad to hear it! My night is going well but I'm getting sleepy now.
Wow, 80 degrees! We had temperatures in the lower 60's but it will be in the 70's by Monday. We're getting there. So nice to see the trees, plants and flowers coming to life again.

Root canal later today (at last!), by a dentist I don't know. (I really miss our great dentist who retired!) Wish me luck!

Almost down to SINGLE DIGITS!


Well! We finally broke the 70 degree barrier yesterday, and with plenty of sun, no rain and a lack of pollen fall, it was the nicest day in quite some time.
More of the same today is predicted, then much warmer next week.
The second half of our weekend has commenced here at 51 degrees.
