Good evening,


A long night here, just played catch up here I would have liked to replied to more posts but it took longer than I planned working on taking some songs out of my MP3 player and replacing them with new ones. So I will have some new tunes for the ride into work tomorrow!!!

Tomorrow will be a longer day, I work all day come home and head to East Longmeadow for JP's baseball game.We won't get home until somewhere close to 9pm. Ugghhhhh!

Ascension Day here in Norway today. So everything is closed.
The kids is watching TV and takin it easy.
Hope to go for a hike today if the weather is getting better.
Maybe do some baking.
Norways national day is on Sunday.

Good Morning, MMC!!! One more nice day here with a high of 70 degrees. Then the summer heat returns along with the storm chances. Good morning everyone. I'm dragging my feet this morning. I didn't feel well when I woke up so I took a couple of cold pills and went back to bed for a little bit. I'm running behind schedule now. Wish I didn't have to work but I can't stay home again. I hope the shift goes by fast. Well I've got to run, I'll catch up here later this afternoon. I hope everyone has a nice day!

Please keep Harlowe in your thoughts & prayers. I found a tick on her this morning, it is embedded between her nose & eye. It's in such a way that we can't get it ourselves. We are taking her to the vet first thing when they open. I just hope nothing has been transmitted. Poor thing was acting so stressed and anxious last night, wonder if it had been on her then. You definitely can't miss it this morning

She is on Frontline, so fingers crossed.

Hey! Getting mighty close to another Weekend Eve.
But the heck with that, we are getting mighty close to a more momentous event, the HALF WAY point to Christmas Season 2015!
More on that presently.

First, the daily numbers:
Days to the Season: 183
Days to Christmas Day: 225

Now, just how close are we to that Magnificent Marker?
Is TOMORROW close enough for you?


Wow, what a fantastic day yesterday.
The high was in the 70's, the humidity was bone low, there was no rain, lots of sunshine and only gentle breezes to stir things up a bit and keep it interesting.
(And yes, I DID get that mowing done. Not to mention weed eating and leaf blowing. The yard looks, and feels, great!)
A couple more nice days before the rain and humidity returns.
We stand just over 58 degrees here at this hour in the capital city.

Whenever I start tinkering with changing my MP3s, it always takes longer than I expect! I finally started building separate iTunes libraries for different times of the year. I'll soon be syncing my "patriotic season" music for Memorial Day/Flag Day/July 4th. Enjoy your new tunes!

Also enjoy JP's ballgame---I hope it doesn't wear you out too much.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I had to leave work early yesterday. I forgot a dentist appointment (for a cleaning), and I had to run. I hate the way my teeth feel...spaced apart after all that. LOL

While I was out, I ran around doing some work on my part-time business, then picked up the kids from church. Just a regular Wednesday.

Tonight Elizabeth has rehearsals for her season-end recital this Saturday. I'm looking forward to that. I've become a real fan of ballet. Who says old dogs can't learn new tricks, eh?
