Whew, finally caught up! Good morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve! Or shall I say Christmas Eve, Eve in July!? Woo Hoo! Hope you are all having a great morning so far! We are having beautiful weather again today. A little warmer than yesterday, but beautiful!
Last night after work I ran & did my shopping, went to pick up Gracie's new prescription & was planning to go home & make supper but my hubby called & said he was going to stop at a new BBQ place that just opened & bring supper home. So he got some BBQ Pulled Pork & Brisket & I made some fresh corn on the cob & we ate on the patio. Delicious! Our neighbors walked over & said since the weather was so nice & FINALLY not raining we need to have a "Wet Your Whistle Wednesday" on their patio! We had picked up a "growler" from the new brew barn in town, so we got that out & shared. Our friends joined us & a few other neighbors. It was a nice night. It was after midnight til we got in though & I still had to shower cuz I smelled like bug spray! Lol! Surprisingly I'm not tired today! But coffee tastes extra yummy!

There's a northwoods brewing company in town that has great microbrews, The seasonal ones are my favorite. Will pick up a growler every once in a while .

The new bbq place was delicious. The flavor was amazing. I really liked the pulled pork. The brisket had amazing flavor, but it was a little too fatty for me. I picked around at it but let my hubby have most of that. Lol!
The new brew barn is right across the road from me here at work. My boss keeps telling the owner he needs to pipe a line to his office. HA! The growler we picked up is a seasonal beer. Wally Post Red (baseball season) It was ok. I only had a little - not my favorite. if it starts to get a little warm I thought it tasted like bug spray. Ick! But they have a Strawberry, a Moweizen & a blonde I really like. I'm not crazy about the other flavors but my hubby likes them. The only one he doesn't like is a coffee flavored beer. I think that one is ok.

Nothing special---just get a few errands done and grab some relaxation when I can. I'm still working on moving copies of all my digital audio to an external backup drive, and I may chip away on that.
What are your weekend plans?
Almost forgot---CIJ---must have a turkey dinner.

It's one of my faves too!
We both like the blonde & the Moweizen - so we will probably stick with those. The guy that owns the brewery is our neighbor, so we have to support him, right?
We just got the Wally Post since it's seasonal & wont' be able to get it later on. Jim really liked it. We had other drinks, so I was good! Lol! We are supposed to be in the low to mid 80's all through the middle of next week. I'm not sure about the humidity though! Hopefully that stays away.
Oooh, I'll be over for turkey dinner!
