I thought this story would be fitting for this thread. Several years ago I got this little pumpkin teapot at a yard sale. When I was looking at it the man running the yard sale said with a smile, "If you promise to give this teapot a good home you can have it". He had no idea how much I love that time of year to display this! I told him it will have a great home! It might sound silly to some but the pumpkin teapot means more to me because of what he said and makes me smile! I am a bit early but I got it out of the box yesterday and displayed it!

I like whimsical teapots. If I had any display space, I'd probably collect a few.

I love that story!! It's a beautiful teapot! I can see why it makes you smile =)
