Happy Tuesday. We are enjoying the last few days of Ethan's summer break. Sadly, Monday we will be taking him back to college. The house will become very quiet again. August can be a depressing month. Kids have to head back to school, our son goes away, and by now we are sick of the heat and humidity. Looking forward to the 'ber months and hopefully a very cold and snowy winter.

Have a blessed day.

Keeping you in my thoughts mgramsey. The 'ber months will be here before we know it.

You are blessed. Will he live on campus or commute? Ethan is about a 3 hour drive away at Gardner Webb University. It's especially tough to drive off and leave him there.
Enjoy Jacob's senior year. It will fly by.
Unless he trips over a HUGE sack of money, he's commuting. :p

That is frustrating about the laundry! ;)
Hope that it was able to stay out/dry after the sun came back out!

Your garden sounds amazing. Love that you freeze corn for Christmas Eve!

Praying hard for you & Gracie today <3 Sending strength & lots of love, hugs and positive thoughts.
Keep us posted!

xx
Yep, it's dry! :)
Christmas Eve corn is the best corn of the year! (except for right off the cob!)
Thank you so much! I really appreciate all the thoughts, strength, hugs & prayers. Just don't want anymore bad news! (like any of us want bad news...) o_O

The only thing still growing in Elizabeth's garden are the tomatoes, but they're hanging in there. Oh, the weeds are doing great, too. LOL
I don't even want to talk about or hear the word weeds!!!! They are EVERYWHERE this year!!! That's why Jim mowed them down last night!!! LOL

Almost lunch time! YAY! Be back after lunch! (consider yourself warned!) :p

I hope you feel better soon!!!

Hope you feel better, MerryCarey~

Sending prayers MerryCarey, I hope you're back to feeling !00% very soon. Hope you have a nice day!
Thank you all. I just had lunch, and it's a rainy, slow afternoon, so I can relax and store up some energy for the rest of the week. Crossing my fingers that the lunch will go down okay. Crocheting hats for my donation to the homeless in a couple of months.

Thinking of you, hope you improve throughout the day.

Your donation is very kind, and I'm sure very appreciated!
