Its Labor Day Already seems like this is a super duper fast year.Doesn't It.?
Im really enjoying MMC and watching the seasons change through all of you ! (not drastic change in seasons in arizona) although are winters here are like some peoples summers out there .

I'm going to Boston and New York in October, I am so excited. I absolutely love America and can't wait to show my daughter some sights. We are there the week before Halloween and i'm hoping the place will be decorated. My daughter's favourite movie is "Hocus Pocus" so we are spending half a day in Salem.

That's a beautiful time to visit! We went to New York in October several years ago - loved it! Went back again to New York City Rockefeller Center last December the day after the Tree Lighting Ceremony. We had a blast! I have never been to Boston but would love to go sometime! Enjoy your visit!! Don't be a stranger here!

Happy Friday!! Hope everyone has a great last day to kick off the weekend. We have a soccer tournament this weekend Saturday and Sunday. And I think Monday we are going to go to the beach! I need to get some grocery shopping in at some point too!

Good morning everyone, Happy Friday!
I'm just relaxing and having my coffee. Maggie's right next to me, keeping me company. I'm going to head out in a little bit to run a few errands. I have to go to Kohls for something and I think I'll stop at Joanns on the way home to look at their Halloween & Fall decor, I haven't been there in quite some time. There's also a Marshalls in the same shopping center so I'll probably pop in there too. Other than that I'll be working on my daily chores. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

TGIF, my Christmas friends!

It's supposed to be super hot today and tomorrow, then hopefully we'll get a slight break form the heat. Hunting season starts tomorrow, too! It's always been one of my favorite days of the year! I hope I get an invitation to a hunt!

Jacob turns 18 tomorrow. I can't believe it. Where did the time go? He wants us to take him to eat seafood in Savannah tomorrow night, so that's the plan.

We don't have any major plans. Just hanging out at the lake. We have some little things planned - tonight is appetizer night! (I made stuffed mushrooms) All the guys are going to the moose for the big drawing & us girls are going to hang out at the landing & have drinks & snacks. Our neighbors have one of those big chest coolers on legs/wheels, so everybody brings their favorite drink & we throw them all together in the cooler & that way we can try different things! I'm also making sandwiches in the crock pot if the guys want something when they get back. My hubby is driving UPS tomorrow morning. Boooo! We are having a wine tasting at the marina sometime over the weekend. Sunday our friend & my future nephews band is playing at a bar across the lake. I love listening to them, but it will be an absolute ZOO! And there isn't enough boat parking. So we may or may not go there! Monday night we are watching the Buckeyes on the big screen at the lake....hence the reason I took Tuesday off! A nice long weekend! (Hopefully nice!)

Have you heard anything from Adi if he will be around home this weekend, or are you waiting on test results? It's probably hard for you to make plans?

Hello christmas friends...I am asking for a bit of help here my wife is going to New York next March with some of here female friends and asking what christmas shops do you guys Recommend as she says i can get any christmas Ornament i want...so pretty please what shops sell the most amazing christmas decorations/ornaments/Animated..much appreciated.

We went to New York City Rockefeller Center back in December and there are shops downstairs from the ice skating rink where the tree sits. We bought ourselves a Rockefeller souvenir ornament that we love! You mentioned she will be there in March and I would imagine that souvenir ornament sells year round? There were a few of designs to choose from. As far as year round Christmas shops, sorry I can't help you there but I would imagine they have them! Be sure to keep us posted on that when she visits!

I keep forgetting about JoAnns! I know where Wayne (Snow-in-Texas) and I will be this weekend.

You know what is funny?! Wayne goes to these types of stores with me because he does like to look at the holiday stuff. We went to this one store this past weekend and the sales lady told Wayne that they have a men's waiting area to watch sports and get some coffee. He didn't want to go in there, he wanted to look at stuff with me! Ha ha! He has even had sales people making a joke on how I dragged him out for the day. NOPE, not the case, he loves doing that kind of stuff!

It would also be fun to shop with you all!
