My Autumn Photo snapping days are over for this year. The winds and rain have blown most of the leaves from the trees and except for the pines and cedar trees, it's looking a tad naked out there.
I took a drive on Monday, heading in the direction I thought might still hold some colours for us to admire, but there was nothing other than tamaracks (the wood was used for snowshoes eons ago - maybe still) and then there was no safe place to pull over and snap them as I was on a narrow back road. I was able to admire them on my own.
In a few weeks, I'm guessing the snow will hit and the trees won't be naked for long. If I get a chance on Halloween, I'll venture out to snap some jack-o-lanterns. (It's supposed to rain.)
