Good Christmas Season morning, everyone!
Magic was in the air last night. The 2015 Christmas Season has arrived! After counting down, it's finally here. This is a fantastic time of year where the world welcomes in the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, which we long for all year long.
As previously mentioned, I'm excited to return home tonight and pull all the decorations out of storage to begin the festivities. Kim will get to indulge in the sweet tastes of Christmas, while I have to wait another three or four days due to my surgery. At least I will be get to marvel in the music and movies.
Which album is first played? Which movie is first watched? These will be hot topics tonight! So many favourites, so many choices.
Well, I am at Russell right now. The class is super quiet and well behaved. Next period, I have the same kids (Grade 10s) again. Next period, they will be putting up their classroom Christmas Tree. I thought about playing a bit of Jeff's latest Christmas Tree discussion from the Merry Podcast, but I didn't have time to find the exact timestamps. Oh well!
It's been a wet day around Canada's Capital and doesn't seem to be stopping. At least it is still warm enough for rain and not snow. Have a great Friday, everyone! The weekend is almost here. The Christmas Season is here!
