I know Thanksgiving is officially over, but for us the whole (long) weekend is a holiday. We have folks coming over tonight for another feast! How about you all? Is it just one day for you or does the holiday continue?

Leftovers are one of the best parts! I have plenty of ham and sweet potatoes waiting for me in the fridge!

The feast continues today....
On the menu is gluten-free turkey noodle soup.
Tomorrow is turkey vegetable stirfry
Last year we nearly overdosed on turkey sandwiches! LOL
Hope you all enjoyed your turkey leftovers and Black Friday..!
