We had many years of whooping it up, but now enjoy some bubbly and a nice dinner at our place. Sometimes, we have friends over too. Much safer that way.

We love to party the night away on New years Eve..Its huge celebration here in Scotland...Since having the little one's we havn't celebrated New years Eve (Hogmanay)..But this year we have been invited to friends house to celebrate 2016...
Well gang I’m going to sign off. Probably won’t be back until Monday! Like I said I’m shopping tomorrow ALL day, Saturday our HS Football team is playing in the state championship game – Jim is going to the game, I’ll be watching on TV warm 'n cozy. Saturday night we have a holiday party at our lake neighbors down by Dayton, Sunday is candy making day at my Moms. Busy weekend!!

I had lots of fun. My parents gave me a list of things they wanted, but I also got them two things they did not expect at all, so they will be surprised I hopeI agree! It was a lot of fun, but went by too quickly!

Last year my brother wanted to go somewhere to watch the local ball drop. He went and I stayed home because it was freezing and I just didn't want to go. He got there and it was so crowded and cold he came home and didn't stay. I'm thinking staying home on New Years Eve is the best plans...and checking in on MMC. But I will see if my brother is as anxious to go out or not this year. I'm a homebody as it is.
