How are the Bruins doing this year? I don't really follow hockey too much. Enjoy your last day before a day off!
The Bruins are a middle of the pack team this year. Very young, inexperienced defense is their biggest liability. I love hockey, and I love my Bruins.

Good Saturday Morning MMC! Wow back to the weekend here in December. It went faster than I thought it would (this week). I was up early exercising and went to dunkin for iced coffee and a coffee roll. I'll be heading out for a run and then to the mall to Christmas shop. I'll stop at the deli and get a nice sandwich for lunch. I have some homework to do and then it's pretty much all about watching a lot of Christmas shows. Oh and I ordered 2 Christmas CD's last night on amazon. That's the one thing I don't have much of is Christmas music. I just listen to it online usually. It'll be nice to have them.
Have a great Saturday aka December Saturday aka that's just plain awesome day.

What CD's did you pick up?

I have listened to quite a bit of Christmas music so far this year so far, I have taken a little break from it the last couple of days. Just wanted to listen to some rock & roll. :)

Thanks! One is a Rudolph one (with all the songs from it) and one is a classical one. I covered the kid songs and the classics I think with those 2.
Nice pick ups, the classical stuff is great to listen to during Christmas dinner.Rudolph is fun, love the Burl Ives versions.

Good evening everyone

Horrible evening here with a storm battering us. Flooding everywhere

How your all having a great day
Hope you are safe, we have a friend we use to work with who now lives in England. She posted pictures of her destroyed fence on Facebook from the storm.

Thank you for the tip! Unfortunately, a search on Walmart's online store isn't showing them at all ... and there are none in the local stores. CVS has Ferrara chocolate oranges, but Terry's is better! I can get Lindt's "Intense Orange" dark chocolate bars, but they don't have milk chocolate and they're available year-round, so they don't count as a Christmas treat. I wonder why the Terry's chocolate oranges have disappeared from our shelves?
I've had better luck finding the oranges at Walgreen's, I found the milk chocolate mint ones that are my favorite. I hadn't seen those in years before that.

1 is a Rudolph kids CD and the other a more classical adult one. 50/50 since that sums up me 50% kid and 50% adult...by the way bet you didn't mind seeing the Pats lose 2 in a row.

Well, it looks like the experts were right. The colts are getting killed. I blame it on all the fact that our good luck charm went to bed early on in the game. We haven't scored since.

Goodnight, Everyone!!!!

Good morning, friends! Long time, no see! How are you all doing? I hope you're all enjoying the Christmas season so far!

I'm getting more in to it now, as we are decorated here and I haven't been as busy. I've had more time to enjoy it with DH and the kids. I still haven't had much time to sit down and watch Christmas movies or TV, but hopefully I will soon.

I have something new to share with you all though - it's been something DH and I had been talking about for quite a while and it came as a surprise just a week or two ago, that she was able to come home with us so soon - we have a new puppy! Nittany came home to us yesterday! Our breeder had two puppies from the last litter, so we jumped at the chance. The kids, us, and Ella our in love already. I'm so pleased how well Ella is doing with her.

Hope you all are well and have a great day and keep enjoying the season! Here is a picture!

Interesting ... Didn't see ANY of the varieties at two different Walgreens around here, but Rite Aid had some.

I never understood why people get that drunk either (I'm sure most don't mean to while they're drinking...it just happens and they don't stop). Personally, I'm straight-edge (I don't drink, smoke or do drugs). It's just a personal choice/lifestyle. I have nothing against anyone who does any of those things. It just fits and feels right for me (to not do those things). The last time I drank I was a young teen in my grandmother's kitchen sipping champagne on New Years Eve and I spit it out. My dad's uncle drank all the time and would give us beer to sip when we were kids (yeah good role model lol) but umm I used to hate the taste so maybe that's why it turned me off to drinking very early on? It's just funny I "drank" more as a pre-15 year old than I have in the last 20 years of adulthood.

Good for you!!
I am the same exact way, never drink, have never done drugs. I have had one drink my whole life, the night my wife and I got engaged. I took a sip or 2 of wine and then gave it to her. My father is an alcoholic, and I watched as I grew up how it destroyed his life.

I love it, now my Bengals are the top seed in the AFC. (with 4 weeks to play)
