Demanding aren't we?
They downgraded our forecast high for Christmas from 65 to 57. Well at least that's a little "cooler" haha. Looks like most of the country will be 15-25 degrees above average on Christmas Day. I heard Chicago is expecting a high temperature in the low-mid 50s and their normal high is 32. Next year guys we demand snow and cold on Christmas.

It's also cold and in the low 20s, very windy too. Makes it pretty! But brrrr when you're outside!
My sister had a follow up with her regular doctor yesterday, and he took bloodwork, so we are just waiting for the results.
She has an appointment with a cardiologist next month
Up until yesterday morning, she was still having trouble holding anything down.
Hopefully she's doing much better today, I'm still waiting to hear from her.

They are no longer predicting rain here for Christmas Eve, but still a high of 59...Christmas day is 52 & rain.

So i maneged to read all posts a whopping 120+ pages and are all up to date now.
I would like to:
- congratulate those who have; passed an exam, had family expand, got all things done before the big day next week
- wish you all better when you are ill ore have a sick loved one at home
- send all in need some huggs (big and small) and prayers (in abundance if needed)
- send my love to those who are not here because of surcomstances
- Thank those who have send all things great and small, fysical and in thought in the past few weeks (to myself and those in need)
It's great to be back and spend this last week in count down towards a great day every year in life.

I saw that Made! Do you know that they put Plainfield, CT schools in lockdown because they thought the threat was made here and then they found out it was IN. So scary the world we live in now!
Good morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve!!!
Well last night was a good news/bad news kind of night. After work I picked up Gracie from the groomer, picked up a gift card to a restaurant, went to Kohls, went to the grocery...got everything put away & started working on cleaning & I made some spiced pecans! (YUM) Then I got a phone call from our neighbor saying I won $1000.00!WOO HOO!! The Legion has a weekly drawing - I paid my $1 & signed in Monday night - if were at the legion last night, I would have won $2000! Darnit!
I sat down to check email last night & I had a message from my brother in Cape Cod. He is not coming home for Christmas this year.1st time in a whole bunch of years he won't be here! I was so bummed! My other brother & his family are going to my SIL's family for Christmas Eve. My niece isn't coming home with her 3 boys, & another niece is going to her boyfriends house. Our Christmas Eve crowd will be cut in 1/2. And this is the 1st Christmas without Dad. I was just moping about it last night.
Anyway, it's all good, but it definitely won't be a normal kind of Christmas this year.
Hard to believe tomorrow is the final Friday before Christmas.
