Thank you, it was fun! Impromptu, but those are usually the best! A client dropped off some wine for us for the New Year, and then we were also celebrating her engagement-her fiancée proposed on Christmas =]

Glad to see you still have unwrapped gifts under the tree, it's a small thing, but I have to do that after everything is opened on Christmas morning. We still have a few under the tree now also.

Those are for my friend! I thought I was going to see her on Christmas Eve, and then I thought I wasn't, so I didn't bring them along...and then she showed up anyway. Go figure. I do like having unwrapped presents under the tree though! :)

Everyone was afraid of what was going to happen with Y2K, the job I was at closed early that year because of what was being said about what could happen. It was the first time in years they closed before midnight.
