Good luck Sean!
Hope you enjoy the LP set!!! The PCB's haven't really hit me yet this year for some reason. Don't get me wrong, returning to work on Monday was not pleasant at all, but we got through it & it wasn't too bad of a week, really. Probably b/c we had my MIL's b/d gathering at our house to look forward too. I guess it seems like there is so much to look forward too over the next months (lots of family weddings coming up) & the holidays will be here again before we know it, I just haven't gone there! Have a great evening Merry!Same here. I went to Jo-Ann Fabric for some yarn, and there was VERY little left. I got some $3.99 gift bags for 79 cents each, though!
I took down the outdoor lights this morning and packed them away. I'm syncing my post-season music library to my phone; it still has a "safety net" of some Christmas music on it. Tomorrow I'll be un-decorating the trees and packing them away, and packing away the Nativity.I prepared a special playlist of Christmas music that makes me smile that I can play as I work. I may put up a tiny tabletop tree and put a string of miniature LEDs on it to brighten up the winter nights. It still seems a little unreal that we've turned the corner and are entering the second week in January.
Oh, today I got the Christmas LP set I ordered on eBay---the one graywolf was talking about. I'll have to listen to those to make sure they're okay and don't need to be sent back!![]()
Goodness, it looks like the Invasion of the Snowmen! They'll keep things festive until springtime rolls around!
My mom used to make snowpeople, carolers, and Mr. and Mrs. Santa from a pattern that wrapped felt and batting around soup cans. She used to sell them to friends in the neighborhood. I have a cute picture of a crowd of her "little people" on top of our stereo console (remember those??).

Thank you ... wish I had the pattern, even though I'm a crocheter, not a needleworker. I have one set of Mr. and Mrs. Santa that Mom made, and I keep them very carefully. They mean a lot to me.Oh my gosh Merry! Those are adorable!!!!
Me, too! Magical!I'd love to visit this place. Very picturesque!!
Aww, love it.Jim came home & laid on the floor - she smothered him so much in kisses he couldn't breathe!!

Have a great time!!We are heading out for a bite to eat & then to watch at least the 1st half of the Bengals game somewhere. (probably the local tavern....even though it's normally a big BROWNS tavern!)
Have a wonderful evening MMC!
Very sweet!! How thoughtful! My family presented me with this lovely cherished teddies figure called
"I'm surrounded by Hugs"
It is perfect for our family , single mom, 2 girls and a boy and we have always loved to give hugs and cuddle. I am so thankful to have such a loving family.

Good evening, friend~Hope you are all having a good evening...we are not up to much. Watching football and my hubby is making shrimp scampi for dinner. Yum! Tomorrow we are supposed to have heavy rain so I think we will take down the decorations. So I am enjoying one last night of all my lights.
If they haven't hit by now the PCB's won't hit...at least I'm hoping for youHope you enjoy the LP set!!! The PCB's haven't really hit me yet this year for some reason. A fellow runner? I know what you mean though. I run every day of the year...for the last couple of years. I don't care what the weather is. Well I do care...I'd prefer it to be 50s or 60s and dry...but ya know you gotta deal with the elements. One thing the bitter cold will do is force you to run faster than you ever thought you could. At least that's my experience...yet I'd still rather run on a warm and humid morning than a bitter cold one.I did run today in it....It really wasn't that bad except for when running into the wind, but then I also bundle up good too...not quite like Randy...gotta be able to run.
