As well you should be Brad.It scares me, too! It's hard to remember the last time I carried her on my shoulders across a parking lot, or wiped away tears after a boo-boo. I have to quit thinking like this!
Now she's almost grown! That's her in my signature picture with the red hair. So proud of both my kids!

Good Morning, Brad!Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!
We took Elizabeth to dance class last night, and while she was dancing, we met with Jacob's best friend's mom for dinner. Her husband passed away last year, so she's raising her son by herself. but she's remarkably strong and self-reliant. She and Nancy are planning some more senior events for the boys' last year of high school.
I have to take Elizabeth to get her learner driving permit tomorrow. How can she be that old?!?
It's still cold down here! It was 26°F again this morning with a hard frost. I had the presence of mind to crank my truck earlier this morning, though.

Jacob's best friend's Mom sounds like an amazing lady. It's nice that she & Nancy are planning events for the boys together.

I gave up going to the barber last year because it seemed like why am I wasting my time once a month so he can shave hair that barely grows that much anymore. When I was young I'd wait 2 months and look like a sheep. Now I just shave it every week on my own...not like it's gonna grow much even if I let it (and not evenly either lol).I am getting old! I forget sometimes
