Happy Friday!
Not too much going on here today, typical day of errands and chores. I have to make a few phone calls and work on a menu plan and grocery list as well. We're expecting rain/snow showers later in the day. I'm hoping the roads aren't too bad, the girls will all be driving home in it.

Good Morning MMC! Happy FRIDAY! We did it!!! Another week down.

Hope you all are having a WONDERFUL week and have exciting plans for the weekend. I'm getting my haircut today-SO excited-and have my first 10K training run of the cycle tomorrow morning, then we have a black-tie event for an art opening of a woman in our church who passed away recently. She was painting 100 paintings for her 100th birthday before she died-she got into the 20s before she couldn't do it anymore. I'm excited for that and for another full weekend off!

Again, sorry to write and dash-I'll do better at checking in with you all soon. I do hope everyone is well.

Good luck with the 10K training!! Sorry to hear about the lady from your church. What a neat idea - 100 paintings for 100 years. Sorry she wasn't able to complete it. Have a great weekend!

Good Friday Morning MMC! TGIF! The best 4 letters put together in my humble opinion. Hope everyone is pumped that it's Friday. Many of our last workday of January. Unbelievable. Isn't it? It's funny how as I've gotten older time shocks me at how fast it goes and I see people who are younger than me now mentioning it. I just tell them the older you get you just can't comprehend how fast time goes anymore. Scares me to think it could even go faster when I get older. But January is still here for today and the weekend so let's have a great last week day and weekend of the month. January you have not been so bad to me and my tree will finally come down this weekend.

And, remarkable though it may seem, we will be arriving at the end of the first quarter exactly two weeks from today, Friends.


It got chilly again yesterday but no matter. All the ice is gone so no more slippin' and slidin'.
Right now, we show 37 sunny degrees here in the center of the great state of North Carolina, home of the NFC Champion Carolina Panthers.

Afternoon,
I managed to pack away all my remaining Christmas shelf ornaments this morning. The shelves are so bare now and I can't even remember what was there before.

I am having a cup of tea and a few crackers and cheese for lunch. Then it's back to some work before picking the kids up.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be a sunny day here with a high of 40 degrees. Not to much going on here today. Just need to run to the grocery and to target. Then it's back to the normal boring routine. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!

And I'm worried.
T is soon on his way home, and I have to pick him up at the airport in about two hours. And I'm not sure it's even possible to land the plane in this storm.
I'm scared of driving in this weather, and scared of him flying in this weather.
Please say a prayer for us..

If it were up to you or I holiday I'd have my tree up still on the 4th of July . But then again I'm ready to take it down because I want to have the fun of putting it back up again later in the fall!
