Good Afternoon/Evening christmas friends...Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far...Things are starting to get back to normal in our household..Granny got a lovely send off yesterday and thanks again everyone for your kind words...Woke up this morning with a few inches of snow and we did manage to build a snowman..Enjoy the rest of your weekend christmas friends.

It's peppermint time! Desert and a treat all rolled into one delicious little candy morsel. (Can you tell I really, really want one right now?!) There is a very large mason jar on my counter full of peppermints ~ one of the ways I keep a little bit of Christmas around all year.
About to shut things down for the day. I have a lot of cleaning up to do yet and I want to get finished as soon as possible so I can relax for a few hours. Since I got up at my new normal time, I am going to be early tonight! Must say I am getting sleepy already.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
I was up before 6am yesterday which was way too early on Saturday!
My youngest isn't well so I spent my Saturday morning at the doctor's and then the chemist for his prescription. The day flew by and suddenly it's Sunday! I am off to work shortly and won't be home till tonight.
We have another storm heading our way tonight. Nothing new there. It's just been storm after storm.
It's the last day of January! How did that happen! Have a great Sunday all.
