Welcome to the group. Are you near Spartanburg, Rock Hill, or Greenville? I am originally from McAdenville/Cramerton, NC. McAdenville was classified as Christmastown, USA in 1985. (I think that's the year!)

I got the name from my wife. The first Christmas we were together and I was out decorating the yard. It started to rain a bit and I started running around trying to get things done. She came out and said I looked like a demented elf. The name stuck.
