Christmas Countdown - 2016

60º on Feb. 19th in Ohio is just not right! Lol
Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!
What a whirlwind trip to the mountains. We left at 6:30 am on Saturday, and we got home at 9pm on Sunday. I drove almost 900 miles in 2 days! It's only about 300 miles from home, but we drove EVERYWHERE while we were there. It was good to take a shower and get in the bed. My plan was to sleep late and take the day off, but I was awake at 6:30, and work was calling me at 8::00 for help. Oh well.
We found a lot of snow, which tickled Elizabeth & her cousin. It's rare to see accumulation down here, so it was a treat to visit it, then go home.

Keeping you ALL in my thoughts & prayers!
Mom remains in the hospital. She has had some rough nights. She gets confused as to where she is. They think it's mostly meds. Last night she had a good night, BUT this morning her blood pressure, heart rate & white blood count are all up. So - more tests & meds. Poor lady can't catch a break. She's getting discouraged. My sis will be there soon & I'll be heading up to relieve her in a few hours.
My Moms brother (95 years old) came up to the hospital Saturday night & brought both his sisters balloons & cards for Valentines Day. It was the cutest thing ever. We had a party in my aunts room. I must say that is the most fun I have ever had in a hospital. LOL

Prayers continue Holiday. Your mum sounds like such a trooper . I am sure she will beat this rough patch and regain her health as well as your Aunt. You hang in there and keep courage friend.

Good Morning/Afternoon christmas buddies...Hope everyone is having a good day so far...Its been another Dry/Chilly day here today...We have 2 sick girls in our household today....They both have high temperatures and feel sick...Please keep my little girls in your prayers christmas buddies...So glad my working day is done...Time for a quick cuppa then get cracking preparing dinner for tonite...Enjoy the rest of your day christmas friends
