Christmas Countdown - 2016

Good morning everyone, Happy Monday. Just a quick hello from me today. My daughter is still sick, I think she's actually getting worse. I need to run to Rite Aid and the supermarket to pick up a few things for her. We're heading back to the doctor this afternoon. I'll try and pop back in at some point. I hope everyone had a nice weekend and has a great week ahead. Thoughts and prayers for all.

First day back went well.
Had Scouts with JP tonight, he is so close to graduating up to the Boy Scouts.
Time for sleep, I have my monthly inventory tomorrow, so it will be later than usual for me.

You guys are the best, thank you so much. I ended up taking my daughter to my primary care physician. I thought it was time for her to stop seeing the pediatrician since she's 20 now. Thankfully she doesn't have the flu but she does have an ear infection on top of whatever is going on with her sinuses. She also has an awful cough that has been keeping her up at night. I just paid $75 for cough medicine! I also picked up a stronger antibiotic. And the doctor said my daughter has a heart murmur. Our pediatrician never, ever heard a heart murmur in the past 20 years. We have to schedule an echocardiogram. Hopefully it's nothing to be concerned about. I am exhausted today, I haven't been sleeping well myself. Looking forward to a relaxing evening.

That must have been such a shock to hear about the murmur! Keeping your daughter in my prayers. I am sure you must be worried. (((((Hugs)))
I hope the cough, sinuses and ear infection clear up quickly with the new meds. She must be in such discomfort and the broken sleep doesn't help.

I got a case of the Monday evening tireds...so me and Nitro are gonna rest a while.

Must have been something going around as I had a case of the Monday afternoon tireds. I was asleep before 5:30 yesterday so of course I was up before 1 again this morning. Going to be a long day! Hope your car problem gets sorted. How is Nitro? He is such a cutie! Have a merry day, Edge.

Going to be a long day today. Another slow cooker full of cranberry applesauce is cooking away ~ the smell of cinnamon and vanilla is very strong ~ love it!! Trying to figure out what I want to accomplish today ~ so much to do. I just need to prioritize.

Finally captured a photo of the squirrel I told you guys about. I just saw him a few minutes ago. This is him on the Laurel tree.


And this is him high up on the Pine tree collecting pine cones.



He scampered away when we took a few nuts outside for him.
