Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

All this talk about snow and cold weather from you guys, and it's supposed to be sunny and 75°F today. Not bragging. Ok, maybe a little bit, but when you guys are enjoying a nice summer, I'll be sweating through 100°F and 100% humidity LOL.

Elizabeth's garden is still looking nice, and I plan to stay on top if the grass & weeds this year. Of course, the best laid plans of mice & men, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Merry Morning/Afternoon

It's been a very hectic morning. We had a viewing this morning so had to get the house tidy and store away personal bits etc. Luckily the viewing was the same time as the dentist so we had soemhwere to be while the Estate agent showed them around.

Denstist went okay. No work needed. It's over.

Glad to hear the good news!
I, however, have dental work this week. But we found a new dentist that we think we're going to like better than the previous one, and her price for my dental work is a good 25% less than the previous dentist's.

It was weird,, I got home from work yesterday morning. Wife took off for work...BOOM!! Almost instantly sick. Couldnt even drink coffee

That sure sounds like the flu, or maybe a norovirus. Take care, and don't rush yourself. I hope it'll go away soon.

And just as quickly, we note that our next pair of Milestones loom ahead closer than you might think.
The one-third Christmas Day mark is a scant 3 weeks from today and the 200-day Season Window lies just a day beyond that.

Nice and nearly summer-like here yesterday, but cooler air moved in overnight and we stand just under 49 degrees here at this hour.
It should be clear and sunny today but not much warmer, and tonight -- down to the freezing mark.
BRRRR!

It's BELOW freezing here, and snow lying all around. April?? Come back, we miss you.

Good Morning...we woke up to another 2 hr delay for my kids. Just work today and hopefully I can get in a workout. It is so cold out there, I think I am going to turn on some Christmas music. I was watching TV last night and I saw my first Christmas commercial for the Tree Dazzler. It was so nice to see it! Hope you all have a great day!

I'm amazed that they would run the commercial in April! Usually us Christmas nuts are the only folks thinking about Christmas in April!

LOL, that's what I was thinking while I was on my knees, too! But her grandmothers have been great at showing her about canning & pickling. She's awesome at that kind of stuff!

I never thought about planting asparagus, but we love it. I wonder if it will grow in our climate. And I'm pretty sure I've never eaten any rhubarb. Not on purpose, anyway.

A wit once described rhubarb as "celery with high blood pressure." And that's exactly what it looks like!

Unfortunately, only six people came for the show. And about twice that many people called before the show asking if it would still be held, and he told them Yes! Oh, well, just bad luck with the weather.

Happy Tuesday!
I was just outside with Maggie, it's chilly out there this morning. We have temperatures in the 20's and will have highs near 40 today. I'm just having my coffee, waiting for everyone to start waking up. I'm going to take a ride to the supermarket to pick up a few things after I finish cooking breakfast. I also have to bring my daughter to the mechanic later this morning to pick up her car. And my mother is coming over to visit later this afternoon. That's about it for me. Hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! Boy it's cold outside. Low 20s and a wind chill of 7 degrees! It feels like winter out. Too cold for April. It's supposed to be cold next weekend too. Maybe after that it will start to go back to normal (I hope). Anyway I am ready to go to work and hopefully I will accomplish more today than yesterday. I felt lazy yesterday at work because I was tired. Today I feel less tired but still think I need to catch up on a little sleep tonight. Other than that just moving along through this week in April.
