Had to listen to someone behind me this morning complaining about how awful her cat is, "I don't know why I ever got a cat, I hate cats," etc. I don't know why she ever got a cat, either ... I was thinking the cat could have had a happier home elsewhere!

Grrrr! That makes me so angry.
The poor cat! Probably doesn't like you much either!

I hope everyone is having a Merry day!

Spent the morning on the phone w/customer assistance getting my phone activated. Other than that, not much else is getting done. Well, I did take a few pictures of Palmer ~ she saw the phone and started posing. She loves having her picture taken w/phones, but not digital cameras. She's such a goof. <3

Off to get some work done.

Had to go pick up my car at lunch and pay $95 for a diagnostic, but "nothing wrong at the moment" And if the error code(s) that came up come back again, and it is affecting the part that they're saying, I'll have to go to the nearest dealership which is a couple hours away. Grrr!

One thing we never thought of when we bought this car, lol.

And I agree with Brad - my BIL is our mechanic & the vehicle will never make the noise for him that it makes for us. Ha ha!

I'm heading out in a few minutes, I'm going to take Maggie for a walk in her stroller. It's going to be a nice day with temperatures in the upper 60's. Typical day for me, I have a couple of errands to run and then I'll be working on my daily chores.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Sorry I was away yesterday. Some of you saw the prayer requests I posted in the Prayer Requests thread, but it was a difficult day. I won't be a Danny Downer here, though.

The weather man says clear skies & 80°F today, but it's overcast & cool. I wish my job would allow for me to be that wrong that often.

I'm taking off tomorrow to go to Savannah with Nancy so she can spend her Christmas gift cards. Oh, joy.

Merry Friday Eve my friends!!! Hope everyone's morning is off to a good start!!! We have rain here - boo! Good thing we had the cookout last night! Which was very nice by the way. The weather was just perfect! The wings were amazing, the cream cheese jalapeno burgers, totally yummy! I didn't try the chicken breasts...we have plenty of those leftover. Almost everybody went for the wings & jalapeno burgers. Gracie even crawled up in a chair, sitting next to Emma, the Amish lady. It was too cute!

Everyone stayed til about 9:30 - I ran Mom & Emma home & then our neighbors walked over & we sat outside til after 11! Fun night!! Loved the weather!!
