Good morning everyone!
Happy Saturday!
Not too much going on here today. I'm heading out soon, I have to go food shopping. Typical day otherwise, I have a couple of errands to run and I'll be working on my chores. My husband and the girls are working. We all plan on meeting up later this evening to go out for dinner. That's about it for me.

Days to the Season: 204
Days to Christmas Day: 246

But the banner headlines read:
"Next Milestone Found To Be Under Half A Week Away!"
(That marker being the 1/3 point to Christmas Day 2016.)
It will, of course, be succeeded by the opening of the 200-day Season Window on the following day.
Then, on the third day, a 100's level Season count begins.
(So much to look forward to so close by!!)


Cooler yesterday with an afternoon rain that continued into the night.
Still dampish but calm and sunny this morning, where the thermometer reads 63 degrees here in our part of central NC.

Good Saturday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy and I had a fun day in Savannah yesterday. Well, she did, anyway. I carried bags and smiled without grumbling too loudly. LOL

Today, Jacob has gone on a weekend class trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. He spent all day yesterday at Six Flags in Atlanta with his class. I have to say, the boy has a hard life. ;)

We have a family reunion today (on Nancy's side), so that's my plan. No work on the Camaro today. Jim has gone to the mountains for the weekend. Why is everyone having so much fun, and I'm going to a family reunion? :p

Merry Saturday Christmas everyone. The wife and I got up this beautiful morning and went fishing. We caught about 25 fish (She caught the most). Grabbed ice cream on the way home and now we're making plans to go see The Huntsman, then out to dinner. Love spending the weekend with my best friend.

I love Savannah this time of year before it gets hot. Beautiful place. I'm glad you had fun.
The wife and I are heading to Charleston next weekend for our 24th anniversary. Hopefully no rain.

I'm having one of those moments right now myself ... an excellent cup of tea while catching up with my favorite MMCers and listening to gentle Hawaiian music ... the sun is starting to break through the clouds ... and one of our favorite local restaurants is having 15% off plus double loyalty points today. That's a good Saturday!
