Good morning!

Another rather sleepless night. Busy day ahead of me. I have to track down a package my sister sent me 10 days ago. She lives on the other side of the state so it should have been here by now. Might be going to the library later this morning and having lunch with my cousin, too. Have to fit work in at some time, also.

Merry Morning and a Happy Tuesday to all,

It is sunny and dry out but those artic winds are icy and BITTER! Thankful it is dry out though!

I was hoping to book mum's flight last night but it turns out she may not be able to make it on the dates I chose. Shame as I found a really good bargain! Still trying to work it out and it's stressing me a little as I was hoping to have at least that checked off my list this week. So much else to do!

My eldest is better today at least, so he made it into school. Thanks for the well wishes.

Sending extra prayers for Har! I hope she has a good day today & takes her meds!! Good signs that she ate & played last night - but then the little stinker! Hopefully it was just a fluke! xx Stay warm over there! We have a high of 76 today but tomorrow drops off to 64 for a couple days, then we have a week of highs between 65 & 69. That will be nice walking weather for Gracie IF it's not raining!

Good Tuesday Morning MMC! Looking forward to hearing what Crown has to say these next couple of days. How's everyone doing? I went for my normal 5:30AM 3 mile run and it was raining. At first I had my hood on then I just let it fall off and ran in a steady light rain. This time of year the rain doesn't feel bad cause it's not bitter cold or anything. Well I have a lot to do today at work and then plan on going to bed earlier tonight than I did last night (even though that usually leads to me being more tired the next day go figure).

(Wow! Six Milestones into 2016 already, with the seventh pending tomorrow!!)

(No need to even mention what tomorrow's Milestone is, right?)


What a warm-up yesterday. Quite a change from Sunday.
Today should be another warm one (dare I say hot?)
No rain until some time tomorrow at the earliest.
We are at 63 degrees here, currently.

Afternoon all,
I just had the awkward conversation with the estate agent informing her we would like to leave them. She just gave me the end date for our tie in period and hung up. She never even asked why!!! LOL This tells me that we are making the right decision. They have not followed up on anything we have requested such as a new photo of the front of the house after I painted the fence etc. I have only heard from them twice in two months. I am a really patient and understanding person but I feel like they couldn't care less about selling our house. After today's phone call I believe it to be true!!!!!!!!!!

Now I am back to square one in finding an agent . NOOOOOOO!!! LOL I do believe we are now on the right track though. I am way too nice sometimes.

Sorry for the rant you all! LOL Thanks for listening It's just been very frustrating.

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday, Milestone Day!!!! What a gorgeous morning we have going on outside - which was a big surprise. The weathermen were calling for rain today, tomorrow & Thursday but when I woke up this morning I heard the birds chirping, pulled up the weather forecast & wah lah - they took the rain out for today & tomorrow. Our garden could use some rain though...

I ran to the hardware/greenhouse last night & picked up a few flowers & several tomato/pepper plants!! I planted my 1st flower pot last night & he looks SO HAPPY!

LOVE this time of year!!!!

On that note, have a fabulous Milestone Day friends!!

Sounds to me like you made a good decision. Selling a house is too big an undertaking to have a non-responsive agent! I hope you find a much better agent quickly!
