Hope you are having a good day. We just ate dinner and I am taking a short break before I get a few things done around the house. I mentioned Mr Festive got cakes off his co workers this morning. Well he brought half of each one for me ♥ I am enjoying them with my cup of tea.

My Mom is doing pretty well. We had a "family meeting" last night. Went over my brother/SIL's estate figures (my sis was executor of estate) - also talked about plans for Mom/Emma. We would like to see Emma stay indefinitely. Mom is doing well but she gets a little confused or forgetful sometimes. She hasn't driven since February & she keeps asking about driving again. None of us really want her too. Do I think she could, yes, but I would hate for her to hurt someone if she gets confused & makes a mistake. We need to have a talk with her about this. I don't think she really wants to drive, but I think she wants to know she can. I hate this...

Good morning everyone, Happy Pines Day!
I have to head back to the mall today, I didn't get an outfit yesterday for the bridal shower that I have to attend this weekend. My daughter ended up coming with me and I couldn't concentrate. The shopping trip turned in to being all about her, lol. At least she got an outfit. I hope I find something today!
Today is also my wedding anniversary, 26 years. Time flies when you're having fun. I can't believe all of my girls are now older than I was when I met their father. I wish time would slow down. We'll be going out for dinner to celebrate.

Gorgeous weather today! I have to leave the office for a doctor's appointment later in the morning, so I can enjoy it going there and coming back. I expect to be busy at the office, so that's the best chance I'll get to enjoy it outside of stolen glances out of the window!

Happy Pinesday, my Christmas friends!

It's going to be a nice day today, weather-wise, and we have customers coming in for a tour. I always feel like they have a more favorable impression of us when it's nice outside LOL.

I just returned from taking Elizabeth to the orthodontist. She was hoping to get her braces off early, but he says she has to go the full stretch. And she has to wear these new rubber bands that she says make her look like a vampire. Oh well.

We're supposed to have a chilly day on Sunday with a breeze and cooler temps. We can't complain this spring though that we went right into the hot and humid weather.

My boss just came in & said WHEW, it is muggy out there! LOL

She is doing better...thanks! The only downfall is the taste of the medicine..she can't swallow pills yet so she has to take 3tsp of this pink liquid stuff. So she chugs it down and then has a chaser with it..lol

Poor girl! I'm glad she's doing better though!
