Good morning all my Christmas loving friends !

Very wet morning here, but at least it is only rain not that white stuff.

Busy day here. I have to be at church at 9am to help prepare the snacks for after Elsa's funeral. Visitation starts at noon with funeral at 1. They are expecting a lot of people. Please remeber her husband and her girls in your prayers as they celebrate her life today and how much she meant to them.

They are in my thoughts.

That they are, I always tell my wife if I have a bad day, and I make tater tots. The tater tots always make a bad day better. I miss the ones that had the pieces of onion in them, they are not available in the northeast anymore.

yes, it snowed today ! Not a lot and is thankfully disappeared as soon as it hit the ground, but it did snow.

Seems like everyone is enjoying their Saturday. The first half of the day here was simply perfect weather-wise. We took Loki for a long walk in the park, got our groceries for the week and went on a drive to the countryside. Now clouds and rain have moved in. It's going to be a movies night for us. Deapool and Krampus on deck. I normally don't watch horror movies, but Krampus is a Christmas horror movie so I'll give it a try.

I love Deadpool, watched it last night on Blu ray, saw it twice in the theater. I saw that Krampus is rated PG-13, so I will try that hopefully soon. I am a big wuss when it comes to horror movies. (and aliens)

Krampus as a horror movie I could handle. Not scary. I don't handle scary very well... It made me think of Gremlins in its overall tone. It was nice to see Christmas scenery. Now on to Deadpool.

Sounds promising, Gremlins is one of my all time favorite movies.

Ahh wake up and enjoy it's the 2nd day of the weekend! And not only is it the 2nd day of the weekend but it is a BIG day for us Christmas season fans. Why you ask? Maybe this will be a little hint:

Days to the Season: 182
Days to Christmas Day: 224

We made it guys! We are now halfway to the Christmas season! Can you believe that? Seriously think about it this way. Remember the last time we counted down the seconds to the Christmas season? Seems like a short while ago doesn't it? Well in that same time period from then till now...we will be once again counting down the minutes to the Christmas season again! That's SCARY! But really exciting isn't it?

It's a beautiful but ironically on this 1/2 to the Christmas season milestone marker feels more like November out! Kinda makes a Christmas season crazy such as myself smile .
