Yay, Harlowe!!

Yesterday it snowed ~ lovely way to celebrate the half-way point!!
Frost on the trucks this morning ~ hopefully the fruit trees will be okay. Lots of blossoms on the pear and early apple tree. Could be a bumper crop this year. The lilacs are opening up ~ gorgeous here at this time of the year. :)

Busy week ahead of me work-wise. I also have to find the time to do some spring cleaning/organizing. Should be fun! This week is also the big city-wide garage sales I like to go to every year. Can't wait!!

The cold has returned here too with hard frost the last few mornings. Some parts are seeing some snow. I love lilacs. Please post a photo when you can.

I'm over the moon that Har had a good weekend, and is doing good with her new medicine.
We close toward the end of June, and we will start moving then & be out of our rental by end of June.
 
Good Morning MMC! Ol' frosty forgot he has a day job now and stayed up far too late drinking beer, working on a Christmas playlist and watching game of thrones. Now it's time for lots of coffee! I hope you all have a fantastic day!

Good morning all. I wasn't on the computer yesterday so I didn't see all your cold/freezing posts until this morning. I am so sorry you all are dealing with unseasonably cold weather. Winter is long enough with it protruding into spring.

I almost reget to say we had near perfect weather on Sunday. 80F and a little breeze. We went to church, out to eat, grocery shopping, fishing (again), swept the pool, played cards with the kids, and relaxed in the evening. It was a most wonderful day.

I hope your weather turns for the better very soon. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

I am starting the week off on a high note, I'm so happy that Harlowe had a good weekend & is tolerating the new heart meds so well. God is good.

Bonus that I got to relax some, too.

When we stopped by the house, we found our wood & tile floors, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, doors, window ledges, lighting, bathroom vanities, and laundry cabinets all installed. Holy Toledo! That all happened since Tuesday. It was so exciting! It's really starting to feel cozy, and that it's ours.

80 and sunny with a slight breeze. That sounds like heaven lol.
 
Good Monday Morning MMC! Happy mid-point day of May! 15 days behind us and 15 ahead of us after today. 2 weeks till Memorial Day. Now that I laid those stats out there for you all (in preparation of posting the count momentarily) I have the heat running on May 16th. This is late for us to be using heat. Usually by now we start to think about putting the aircondition up soon. Not this year. Anyway, I have the day off and we're taking my mom to IHOP for a late Mother's Day gift.
I hope you all have a great Monday and keep smiling knowing that we're heading towards summertime (even though the weather does not seem it)!
 
Good morning everyone. It's Monday? Yes. We are now heading downhill towards the Christmas season? Yes. We have a new milestone to look forward to? Of course yes! Let's look at the numbers this morning to start the week.

Days to the Season: 181
Days to Christmas Day: 223

What is our next milestone you ask? It's actually going to happen on June 8th and it will be the 200 day window to Christmas Day! That will happen 3 weeks from the day after tomorrow (on a Pine's Day no less).

It's sunny but chilly here. But it's all good because summertime is almost here. And I wish you all as the great Crown would a Marvelous Monday my friends!
 
Good Morning all my Christmas loving friends !

Monday morning, a nice sunny but cold one.Lots of frost last night. I am hoping by months end I can finally get my plants out in the garden.
Have to take mom for her post op appointment today(she had laser surgery last week for her glaucoma). Also going to stop at costco, I need more flour.
