I do need that! My whole day is off now. I used to be able to pull an all nighter and be fine the next day. Seems like the older I get the harder it gets. I'm determined to still make it to the gym tonight after I put my son to bed though my body is saying "no, you must sleep"

DD's birthday is June 2nd and Hobby Lobby usually has some Christmas decor out before then, so it shouldn't be long!

DD is at work with me today---strep throat. Why is it that you take the kid in for a well visit & the next few days they end up sick? We went in Friday to have stitches taken out & Saturday morning she as a fever, vomiting, and sore throat. She didn't leave the house until last night to get more medicine. She's had a time of it the last two weeks. She missed a field trip today, but it was to a local park, so she wasn't upset. That made it easier for her to come to work with me. Just four more full days of school....let's get through this!

Wanting to watch something Christmasy soon. I'm starting to get back into the mood.

I'll be checking Hobby Lobby again this weekend. Getting anxious.
I hope DD feels better soon. The doctor's office is best place to catch something you ain't got. I hate going there.

It's funny, I remember one Fourth of July when I lived in Indiana, I took hot chocolate the the fireworks show. I was the hero of the family. It got so cold when the sun went down. Gotta love living in the north.

We had our share of freeze dried 4th of July fireworks displays back in Illinois, too. None of us had enough clevers to bring hot chocolate, though. "Perfect."

May 15th at 5 p.m. we sat at the kitchen table and watched it snow. I was so in awe that I never even snapped a pic! Crazy weather.

Merry Monday!! I did not sleep well last night at all...I was up tossing and turning. Caffeine will definitely be my friend today and tonight my daughter has a softball game @5:30. I will be dressing warm for the game that is for sure...it is very chilly! Hope you all have a great day!
