I am doing pretty well, thanks.
Daydreaming of a relaxing time ahead, once the move is done and my work project is complete accounting wise.
The end is in sight!

How are you today?
How is Mr. Festive and the boys?

I am exhausted and so is Mr Festive but other than that we are doing fine. The boys are well. They break up from school at the end of next week for a two week break.

Good luck with the project and I am hoping the moves goes smoothly for you guys. It's so close now. Have you got a new tenant to take over your lease yet?

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I cleaned up everything from Jacob's graduation party, loading tables, chairs, cookers & pots and trash, and taking everything where it goes. I'm getting too old for all this heavy lifting! LOL

I did get a sack of Krystals for supper last night. I LOVE Krystals, but they don't fit in my diet. Why are all the best-tasting foods not on my diet?!?

I always come here when I have a spare 10 minutes (and even when I don't).

Holiday is another snowman collector!
I love them, as well.
It's great to be able to leave them out all winter!
Helps with adding cheer & holding off those PCB's!

Oh yes! Love my snow people! They stay out, normally through mid-March!

Merry Tuesday everyone.
It's gonna be raining all day with a high of 77. My dry grass is gonna love it.
Work gave me a summer intern yesterday so now maybe I can get caught up a little. He's a smart kid and doesn't need a lot direction or attention. Which is a lot better than having to babysit someone.
Time to go make the donuts! See you in a couple of hours.

They haven't confirmed it with us, but I'm pretty sure they have- they had intended to bring in a doctor in from New Jersey last we spoke.
Our lease is up regardless at the end of June, we had chosen to go month to month because we knew we would be buying, instead of renewing for another year last fall.

We had a viewing on Saturday but they said it was a bit too small for them. We had one mid day today with an investor so waiting to hear how that went. The agents seem to be working very had though so I am quite pleased about that! Thanks so much for asking!
