Oh I'm so sorry to read this about Russell. I will be praying . ((((Hugs)))) I know this is very difficult. I am so sorry Brad.

Sorry to say the "fix" is going to involve re-doing TWO old root canals that have failures in them. And that's the BEST case scenario. After a radiologist evaluates the CT scan, it's possible that more extensive work may be involved. I'm very upset about the cost; I can hardly think straight.


Wow! Can you share a picture?
Mine had such long, straggling "arms" that I trimmed it back a few weeks ago. I'm waiting for signs that it's okay. It seems healthy, but I'll feel better when I see some signs of new growth. I hope I'll still get buds this holiday season!

Oh no Merry. This is unfortunate I hope and pray this can all be behind you at some point. Keep courage.

I will try to remember to take a picture tonight! I was wondering the same thing if it will bloom at Christmas. This was my SIL's plant, so I'm not sure when it was blooming for her.

Sadly, I already know what the cost will be for the minimal amount of work, and it has ruined my day. I was mentally prepared for possibly one failed root canal, but not two plus a possible fracture. The physical pain to come is less important to me today than the financial pain.

We'll have to keep up with each other's cactuses. Hoping for those blooms this winter! Perhaps, along with the snowman decorations thread, we need a houseplants thread!

Good morning to all my Christmas loving friends !

Praying for all of you that your situations will be better soon and for healing for those who need it.
Pray also for pets who are not doing so good, may they soon be up and running about again.
I cannot reply to each post as I tend to be a tad busy with life here.
But I do read as much as I can when time allows.
You are all in my thoughts often.

I am working on a renaissance style for LittleCS. Got my garden all set up and hope to get plants in this weekend. Have a union meeting to go to tonight. Then I work the next 3 days plus have to take mom to my brothers place on Friday. Have to finish my digital photography course by Friday too. I think that is all for now. I am sure there was something else in there somewhere.
