With summer unofficially kicking off with Memorial Day, time will move quickly.

When I apply the "Target Test" ( :) ) I realize just how close it all is! Target has summer items out in their seasonal section. Patio furniture, items for grilling, and even July 4th merchandise. After that comes back-to-school. And then...Halloween begins appearing on the shelves! In about three months we will see it slowly rolling out, along with other autumn displays. It's coming folks.

Thanks Ryan! I bet you that I will be able to get you some pictures of Halloween items in some stores within 2 months by late July!
 
I saw that on this date, 119 years ago, Dracula was first published. If I had to rank my favorite fictional characters ever created, Dracula is right at the top, if not number one!

And on a side not, for any writers that may be out there, he's public domain! So, you can create your own story with the Count.

Good morning friends. We have 157 days until Halloween. It is only 119 until the Season. Wow, before we know it we will be in the double digits with season count! It's getting close.

I hope you all have a spooky Friday. I hope to watch something scary later. A good old fashioned creature feature seems in order to kick-off the summer.
