I guess south of us got the worst of it. Montgomery, Clinton and Warren counties had bad storms. I guess they are looking into a possible tornado in Clinton county.

Love it! Sounds like a great day on Saturday! Maybe I should wear one of my Christmas t-shirts to the festival Saturday!

YES! You most definitely should.

60 to 100mph winds led to Trees down, cell towers down, corn fields blown flat, semis blown over, and power poles snapped. Plus some flooding from all the rain. Oh and did I mention that it already feels like 90 degrees out there? We survived though!!

That sounds horrible. My cousin that lives up in Huntington county had their barn flattened with their horses inside and shingles blown off the house. I think the horses are OK but now there is a lot of clean up to do. Her husband in a lineman, so you know he's working around the clock. I need to check with my parents and make sure they're OK.

We had a wonderful time except I think the Mexican restaurant had the A/C set on frostbite. It was so cold in there. But the food was good.

I think for us they actually did say we'd have a mild winter...but I never trust their forecasts. I just don't want it to be 70 degrees on Christmas Eve/Day again. I should not be sweating on my 2 favorite days of the year and almost want to put shorts on.

I usually bring a jacket with me when we go out to eat. Seems so many restaurants crank up the AC!

Happy Thursday!
Typical day for me. I have a couple of errands to run and then I'll be working on my daily chores. I also need to run to the mall later this afternoon. I have to buy a purse for my nephews wedding. I'm not sure what jewelry I'm wearing with the dress either, so I have to figure that out as well. All of this running around for my nephews wedding and I'm just a guest! I can't imagine when all of other my nieces and nephews start getting married, and my girls too. They're all pretty close in age. I'm going to need a job by then!
